Terrible – Had to pay for my online after hours appointment before I’d even booked it then couldn’t get an appointment until the next day. No way to cancel the payment no option to not book. Had to call and cancel ask for a refund that will take up to 5 business days. Broken business model.

Was told that Mental Health isn't a medical issue and discriminated against and refused service due to my Disability – Had an appointment in August 2022 with their female Dr who advised me that I shouldn't have booked an appointment for my symptoms as, "mental health isn't a medical issue". Commissioner, and her response to that service was to deny what she said on the phone to me, but acknowledge she could have handled the call better. Health professionals are supposed to adhere to a code of ethics, she absolutely did not - both by refusing me service for my mental health symptoms and then lying to the investigator at the Commissioner. She agreed to provide a refund, it's now March 2023 and I have been trying to follow up the refund. I have sent around 8 emails back and forth from the admin team. The accounts person told me in an email, "please be advised that once any consultation takes place - no refund applies - but we will process the refund for you this time. If you do not agree to our terms please do not book any appointment with any of our doctors in future". It was never a case of agreeing to the terms, but a case of me being discriminated against because of my Disability, which is a Human Rights violation (by a GP). I don't recommend her at this service. The male doctors are great, the accounts guy is not. The admin team are nice.

Did Everything Needed – Calls were a bit late - like any doctors, but did the job of getting a medical certificate and was so much more convenient than needing to go in whilst throwing up.

Legitimate Doctors??? – My wife made a tele call appointment and paid the fee and an hour after the appointment time we called to find out what the delay was. We were told that the certificate was ready and would be emailed but we never spoke to a doctor. This is a fraudulent service surely. I bet they bulk bill the appointment.

medical phone consult – they are ok if your in a hurry, booking online is a lengthy process, getting your script or referral can be a hassle as they dont always send it. The service is free and bulk billed so they are worth an avergae score to be fair.

Dodgy website, take your money and you can’t make an appointment – 17 June 2022 I went on the website to make a Telehealth appointment. I completed the patient details and the website requires payment (luckily I paid using Paypal) and after payment the instructions are that you then choose an appointment time. your money and you have no service. I called them immediately and I was on hold for a long time until finally the recorded message informed me that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and could not answer. I have requested a refund through PayPal.

Don't answer calls, difficult contacting them. Wrong doctor, 10 days wait time for appointment – Web site appointment form closed on me and didn't allow me to select my chosen GP or select an appointment time as per their written advice.
