Dishonest – I received the product last year. However I've been charged monthly for the same item. Company is not trustworthy. So far they've taken 228.00 $ for a 19.00$ item. Buyer beware !!!!!

Not a trustworthy company!! – They took my money, I did not receive the goods!

Waste of time – I bought 4 of these and used them in one room with no difference at all. A complete waste of time and money.

Not in Australia – Just found out more... the Australian 'office' has no contact number, and the address is a 3-bedroom house on a suburban street in Melbourne!! Wish there was a way of giving less than one star!! The rating of 1.8 stars is very misleading, since everybody has to give 1 star minimum!!

Purifier Bags and they are selling 12 bags for AU$27. I don't know what shipping is, because I'm a Prime member and this product ships free with Prime. But the reviews state the product works well, so I have ordered a set of 12 and will edit my review when the product is received. Just in case any of you are checking back!

Rip Off – Was overcharged on my credit card in several amounts. I emailed them for a refund of the extra amounts and they said ‘too late’ it’s been posted??? Just received and no idea of it works but would NOT recommend dealing with the company

is coming from US" So not a fan of the support response but I received all the items and they were in good condition and they seems adequate. There is a "Suspected Scam" listing due to low authoritive rank number (VLDTR). I haven't had any nasty surprises on my bankcard.

quadrupled it on my personal invoice. They refused to cancel the order, told me three weeks ago it had been shipped which is untrue, as Express delivery is a next day delivery, not three weeks later and still nothing. To avoid paying Paypal fees and to disable their customers to claim a full refund, they have broken down the invoice I received into 4 small invoices with 0 postage fees. These people are liars, and are not based where they say they are. They have one agent working from home in each country, the agent submits the orders and payments to China who then dispatch the items ordered. The products are dangerous, I have read on other reviews as well as this one. The only positive reviews are not verified, all the verified reviews are negative, reporting health issues, not solved as Naturefresh pretends, but aggravating existing conditions and creating new ones. The invoice layout is very confusing. They give you a free sachet and charge you twice as much for the other sachets, they add, they substract, in the end you don't know where you are and you just hope for the best. Then, when you wait and nothing happens, you start realising you have been done! It's as simple as that. I will check genuine reviews in the future.

SCAM for sure AND you have to pay S & H to send them back – I bought a pckg. of 3 of these via their web site that popped up......I have construction odors that have been in my new rented townhouse since I moved in.....One for each room. can cancel but I had to open my computer and click the windows button and I need to tell them once I did it. I kept asking why I needed to do this and I was told “I am not trying to scam you, I can lose my job so if you want to cancel you need to do these steps.” I ended up hanging up and will go through my credit card to get my refund and they can block this company.

Happy with my purchase – Bought these a couple of months ago Have put them through the house Daughter visited today and commented that the house does not have the dust smell as it used to also the bathroom smells better too I am happy with my purchase

Wet on arrival and utterly useless when dry! – The bags haven't reduced allergens, dust or odours as claimed. The bags were damp on arrival and one was wet! The company didn't respond to my complaint, despite crowing about their "award winning service". Eye wateringly expensive for miniscule bags of charcoal! Welby, NSW.

Terrible customer service – The product works really well. But the problem is it is expensive in so sites, and they will advertise free gifts throughout the checkout process. They debited more than what was receipted and the free gift I got has an AU plug adapter which doesn't fir to the free gift. They are not responding email to assist.

works well – I have one in each closet and two in the bathroom and the mold takes longer to return so im very happy with them the one i have in the shoe cupboard has helped to with getting rid of the musty shoe smell

and I also thought it was an Australian site. The original advert advertised 50% off for a limited time...it is still there (you have about 30 minutes) I clicked to purchase 2 bags to get one free and another deal popped up of get an extra $20 off so I decided to get the next deal up which was but 3 get 2 free, then another offer popped up near the end of the order saying get an extra 13% off (I know it sounds crazy) then when I ordered there was an offer of a free gift if you pay the postage so I chose the personal security alarm then an error message came up which said I had already tried to redeem the free gift (which of course I hadn't) so I tried to get out of the message but I couldn't until I clicked "not interested in free gift!! Just as I completed my order it went back to 'buy 2 get 1 free'. Every other similar product out there appears to be priced at aprox $10 each but when I asked why mine cost so much more they said "you got the 50% discount...each bag is worth$50 each!!!" Ridiculous!!! They appear to advertise in Aussie $$ and the 50% discount has already been applied before you order not after but you cant tell. They also advertise the postage as $7.42 but charged me $20.24 so it must be US $...very confusing. They even offer a 90 100% money back guarantee...is that genuine...who knows. i wonder if anyone else has had problems with these people?

I tried getting back to the company which now sounds like something from India or somewhere because they dont give their name nor use mine and keep saying inane things like " I hope you are well ...and if you have any other queries just get back to us" (a bit like WISH) without even addressing my original issues. ..Now I find they have charged me more than my original receipt. I tried to cancel my order but they say its been sent and they cant change my order once it has been successfully placed (well I don't think it HAS been successfully placed, certainly not to MY satisfaction). I am unable to find the original advert on the net now or their product although I still have their's bookmarked on my computer. Is it all a SCAM??? HOAX??? I'm blowed if I know!!! Time will tell. When I rechecked on the original website it seemed to look Australian with the Aussie flag etc and when I click on Nature Fresh... I wonder how many others have been conned.Because I feel like I have been. I wouldn't recommend anyone else buying from this company. This all happened yesterday 1st May and today 2nd May. Its such a pity there isn't any comeback for internet customers who buy in good faith. My hubby said I should have tried on ebay etc but it wasn't like I was looking for the product in the first place. I know these products are on the market and it just caught my eye at the right time.
