O.K. so I do buy Fatblaster products and unless you have serious amounts of money to buy optimist "800" from America - this is about as good as it gets for Australia - I'm impressed with their full product range, albeit, just a little tidying up in the transparency and good old honest marketing. I am particularly impressed with the range of "clinical" weight loss shakes - Yes, the vanilla is yellow and does not look like a Dairy Queen soft-serve, but that is what got you fat in the first place. Yes the shakes are full of sugar / fructose - THEY ALL ARE, this is what works. You can try the vegan, sugar free type from other suppliers, but your weight loss goals will be short lived. Having a large range of products is a great motivator to keep you going - I have the Fatblaster coffee on waking up, then I look forward to my shake, then an hour later my Keto-fire fit, and so on! this consistently keeps you engaged with the diet - and it works for me, I think it will work for you too.

Only reduces your bank balance not weight – This product says it focuses on the waist and hips X 6. Does not do a thing. Not 1cm lost or 1kg. Cost $40 per box which lasts 15 days. Persevered for month at a cost of $80. Much better off investing in a nutritionist.
