Fraudulent – Purchased some face masks from a company called 'Byron and Co' which turned out to be another rebrand of Nemo LGM/Nemo&Co. Soon after purchasing, their website went down and the tracking order details are now missing. Do not even waste your time buying from them. Wish I could give it a 0.

DO NOT BUY – Agree with other posts ordered a month ago same generic email and blaming Aus Post ...finally arrived today... clearly marked sent by aus post 3 days ago so a lie saying sent weeks ago...poor quality and packed in plastic with Chinese note inside ...certainly not made with love in Byron Bay...very disappointing in these times to think our fellow citizens would take advantage.

Overall Pretty Good Masks – Received my masks yesterday, nice fit to the face and not overly tight. Customer service is okay. Overall pretty happy with the mask, quality is excellent. Had a good chat with the owner and hope the business does well.

Not that bad – The masks are not bad - easier to breathe with compare with other brands (it’s a little bit thin?). Just took around 5 weeks for the masks to be delivered. (Post issue?)

Daisy mask – Unfortunately there was a mix up and I didn’t receive one of my masks . They offered to resend but with postage the way it is I opted to cancel out. It did take a couple of days for them to respond to my email but once contact was made my refund was given back to me straight away. (They offered, I didn’t even have to ask for a refund) Hubby is very happy with his black mask tho. Well made and fits him well.

This company will take your money only – Items never received. Over 20 emails sent and not one reply. Took the matter to fair trading. Do not purchase from this company or anything with a similar name as they rebrand all the time.

No reply for months then terrible masks finally arrived – Ordered 4th of August, sent numerous emails over the following weeks, all without a reply. Two generic emails were sent explaining the company were unable to keep up with demand. Refund was given by AMEX and they began to attempt to contact the company beginning 5th of Sept. On the 6th of Oct the masks arrived, without an invoice. Masks are not great, seem quite thin and not as advertised.

Long Delivery Time but good quality – Just Received my order, one package last week and one on Friday. Delivery time was longer than usual but the quality of the mask seems alright. Material is soft like advertised. Good to support small business during these times Customer service could be better.

Waste of Money - do not buy – After two months I have recieved my 4 masks. They have a strong cehemical smell and when I tried on on my face started to burn and feel hot. Do not buy from this company – I purchased a pack of 4 masks from Nemo & Co on 8 August 2020, it is now 29 September 2020 and they have not arrived. I recommend anyone else who has not received their order, or your item is not as described, to lodge a chargeback with your bank. I have processed a chargeback with my bank.

Order made 8 Aug, shipped 22 Sept – Online order was made 8 August and after multiple follow ups with no response, the items were shipped on 22 September. Will never order from this store again. Look elsewhere, there are other companies with better service than them.

Scammers who steal your money – No stars at all for this business, showed one star as it was a required field. I paid for four masks $55.00 on the 12th August and have not received my order. I have contacted them and they initially assured me my order was on its way but my latest message has gone unanswered. Beware, do not pay this company any money.

Order not dispatched, no communication – Ordered on 31 Aug. Writing this on 15 Sept, still no item dispatched. Have lodged a transaction dispute through my bank as they will not reply to any of my emails. There is no other way to contact these people. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, far away from these scammers

Never received masks, does not reply to emails – I ordered masks from Nemo and Co on 25 July. It is now 15 September. I have not received the masks and despite sending multiple emails and instagram messages, I have not received a response. They will steal your money. Do not buy from them.

Simply don't deliver - AVOID – Ordered 4-pack on 2 August, 'dispatch within 3-5 business days'. 'Shipping Update' email on 28 August links to Australia Post 'Pending' page. As at 14/9 still no masks. No response to emails and no other way to contact them. Doubt I'll ever see any masks.

respond on social media. I asked for the turnaround time prior to ordering and they said dispatch is 3 days. They kept passing blame for delays onto Australia Post even when they had not posted. They offered a refund on 31 August and said it will take 1 week to process but instead I received a tracking number the next day - 1 month after purchase. I asked why I wasn’t refunded and they say they got confused with orders. A very unprofessional business. The responses I receiv via chat are very unprofessional and sarcastic as if talking to a child.

DO NOT USE – Ordered nearly 6 weeks and have sent multiple emails with no response. Got a tracking email but nothing to track. Very unhappy as wasted $50 on 4 pack masks and ended up having to go and buy more due so am very disappointed. I understand they were busy but how can it take this long for masks to be posted in Australia to an Australian address - tried to support local so not happy! I have now sent another email asking for a refund.

Order not delivered, no response to emails sent – Order mask on the 04.08.20, sent multiple emails with no response. Finally on the 24.08.20 got an automated email saying that it's been dispatched, 28.08.20 another automatic email with a '"tracking number" been checking on Australia Post to see if the number has been scanned, as of 08.09.20 still no details. Have sent another email asking as to why it still hasn't been provided to Australia Post. Save your money, do not purchase from them.

Really not sure what to think! – I ordered the masks about 2 months ago and only received them early last week. I ordered the 4 pack of the black 3 layer masks and only got 3 in the mail? I emailed them and haven’t heard back. However, the masks I received appear to be just as I expected and pretty good quality! So i’m not sure what to think!

Dodgy company - do not buy – brought masks back at the end of July they promised 5 day turnaround have tried to email numerous times finally they send me a tracking number but is invalid??? have kept emailing but unfortunately no response but by looking at the other reviews looks like i might not see them. very disappointed tried to buy Australian made but obviously not the case - Do not buy from this company
