This company should shut down – I’ve order Queen size Neptune blank since July 7 th & pay for it. My email has been blocked by their company. They got the payment but I haven’t received their product that I’ve order.

have their weighted blanket, pillow and acupuncture mat. The pillow deflates after a couple months but the other two products are fine.

After 6 months I still love my Neptune weighted blanket – I have a queen size carbon graphene weighted blanket with magnets and I love it. I've been using it for 6 months now. Customer service acted illegally and invaded my privacy – I tried to get a refund for my weighted mask from Neptune Blanket, as it ripped out my hair. Victoria from their customer service insisted I pay for return shipping, and would only speak to my NDIS plan manager about the return, even after I asked them not to. customers. Customer service reps should not forward multiple emails to other parties. I'm disabled like many of their customers and return shipping is not an option for me.

They didn't read any emails properly (or pretended to not know).

They consistently ignored ACL and NDIS laws through the process and were extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

air my feet and lower legs out of doonas even in winter. After just 5 night's I am pleased to report evidence of better sleep. Rem sleep has increased from under 4hours to 5.5 my total sleep now 7.5hrs. Blood o2 is better. Dipping heart rate better than 88% of female's my age and of course I feel better for it. Also I must be tossing and turning less as my hair barely needs brushing in the morning now. Sleep disruptions are halved as reflected by the watch. Thanks.

to the COVID situation which was no problems. They emailed to advise the new ETA, and offered a refund. The mat was delivered earlier than expected. All of that aspect was great.

CONS I ordered a light blue mat after seeing comments about the dark colours showing every bit of dirt which was a big mistake. i unpacked the mat and the card with it advised to use a steamer or steam iron to get the kinks out. My steamer is only small so quickly realised it would take all day. Pulled out the iron and made sure it was on a low setting. Ironed 1 small section and it melted the fabric!!! lucky i could hide that part under the bed however, I was too scared to do anything else with it so just left it on the bedroom floor to smooth itself out. Its been a few days now and theres still a huge kink in the middle. everywhere else seems to have flattened though. I went searching through the website and can't seem to find any proper instructions on what iron settings to use to get it out and i don't want to melt it again. as for colour, I 100% regret getting the light blue as this fabric seems to attract dirt. It has barely been used this week as kids are at school and theres so many marks already. I'm hoping its easy to clean them out but i can see it needing to have a proper clean every few days. Another major flaw of this product is the edging of the mat. It is that microfibre type stuff that picks up everything!! You cant vacuum it out either, you need to pick it out with your hands.

company that cares about people with disabilities, so go buy the Ecosa bamboo blanket which is better as well as cheaper - and they actually care about you unlike Neptune who are ignoring my emails.
