If I was to make one very small and seemingly petty but constructive criticism, it is the use of cappuccino style cups for hot beverages. Being very wide with small handles make them almost impossible to hold and not spill whilst propped up in bed. Small mugs with adequate handles as used in most other facilities should be seriously considered. Thank you staff at Newcastle Private
