1 Chris  · Waste of money – Does not work and false advertising. My worst purchase ever. I would strongly discourage anyone to buy this product.
1 Helen Y  · Terrible dont waste your money – I was grating cheese and the grater broke in half. It was only my third time at using this terrible appliance.
1 Si  · Not strong enough – Mine broke on the first use, I was dicing capsicum. The metal cutters fell out of the plastic. Not good enough
1 Kiran  · Worst product in my life – Day one I feel very happy with this product. From the day two problem starts and day three I felt very bad I have purchased this.
1 APPLEASHA  · Blunt threw it out – Honestly it couldn't d FB dice an onion; was terribly blunt and plasticky and ended up in recycling- get good knives

My original was better quality and worked well – I had a Nicer Dicer back in the day when they were black in colour. It was fantastic. Tiny regularly shaped cubes of onion - no trouble. I purchased two more green ones recently and they both broke the first time I used them. The plastic broke and the blades fell out. Not sure what went wrong but it’s sad how the quality deteriorated. Show details

Nicer Dicer quick is a waste of money. Extremely disappointed – I was trying to chop some vegetables with it. Firstly the cutting area is too small and you have to cut the vegetables to fit. After that effort, you might as well keep cutting by hand. The product was very hard to close in order to push the vegetables through the blades. I couldnt do it even with pressure from two hands. This resulted in the… Read more

vegetables getting half-embedded in the blades and that took a long time to get them out of the blade. I had to use a knife to do that, and it was a very slow process and very unsafe as there is nothing to protect your hands from the blade. I felt very unsafe with that aspect of this product. I bought Nicer Dicer Quick because the tv infommercials I saw showed the device being used and easily cutting through things with no huge effort from the user. This was the furthest thing from reality. I am extremely disappointed and feel like this product was never going to work unless you are cutting soft fruits and vegetables with it. It just doesnt stand up to cutting anything else. It certainly didnt make things quicker and easier with the time I took trying to get vegetables out of it that were at best half pushed through the blades. I ended up chopping the vegetables by hand as it was quicker and simpler and there was no clogged up machine to deal with. I wish I had never bought it. It is useless.

It's really great, I just wish it was better quality – I think most people don't use it properly, that's why all the bad reviews. I watched their video on Youtube and I used it like they did, and I'll explain how. First, I'll say that I cook a lot on the week ends as during the week I don't have time, so I cook and freeze the food for my kids to have a warm meal when they come home from school. My… Read more

cooking involves lots of dicing, I make stews and soups and I need to dice onions and capsicums and other veggies. I used to drive me insane and I looked all over the internet for something that would help me reduce my cooking time.

When I came over this dicer, I was sure it was going to be a waste of money, but I wanted to give it a go. Before I bought it, I watched some videos on Youtube so I can have an idea how it works, and if it's a sham or not. I decided to buy as I found it very cheap on Ebay and I thought, even if it doesn't work, it's just $15.

When it arrived I prayed it works, I was so sick and tired of chopping, dicing and cutting all day, every Sunday. At first, it didn't seem to work, then I realized I forgot to use it like they do in the video: do not simply press down, you need to just smash the lid down in one quick move, and, voila! All my onion finely chopped in nice, equal little cubes, same for carrots, capsicums, celery, parsnip etc. After a few smashes, my hand started to hurt, so I used a large kitchen glove to absorb the impact. That worked like a dream and it did the job in half the time.

What inconvenience I noticed and how I wish this item would be improved: the blades where you place the vegetables should be bigger, you have to cut the vegetables in smaller pieces before dicing them. So, you cant dice half a large onion, or half a capsicum in one go, but I didn't mind it. I was also worried the whole thing would break from so much "beating", so I would recommend the manufacturer stronger, better quality product, and I'd be willing to pay more for it. And lastly, the blades should cut better, sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times to properly cut the softer veggies, such as capsicum.

All in all, after I got the hang of it, I was really happy with it, I just hope it doesn't break. Next time, I know exactly how to manouvre it so it will take me even less time to finish this otherwise ordeal.

Why can't anyone make a proper product for this sort of needs, why doesn't anyone see the gap in the market? I'd be willing to pay good money for a decent product as I'm sick of spending hours in the kitchen, but I have to as my kids only eat cooked vegetables.

This product is a half decent product, it could be hugely improved but it works if you really want it to.

Ah, and I haven't used the slicer or grater, but I did use the peeler and it's excellent, it's the best I've had so far, peels carrots like a dream.

Exceeded expecations; works great! – We actually got this as a bonus when purchasing a nutri bullet and thought it would just be another mandolin which either didn't cut or would break quickly. We left it in the cupboard for months and very nearly threw it out. Until one day I needed to make a mass batch of potato salad. I thought I'd pull it out and give it a go and if it only cut a… Read more

couple of potatoes it would still be saving me time. WOW it works SO well. It is true, it is VERY sharp so you do have to be careful. What would have normally taken me over 1/2 hour to chop 15 potatoes (and let's be honest, they wouldn't have been all the same size) took me about 2 minutes! I have since used it to super thinly slice sweet potato for chips and to shop all sorts of salad ingredients. It is still AMAZING. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone! I just wish it had a spiral attachment! I honestly think that anyone saying it isn't cutting their raw veges must have a knock off, as trust me I have had many of those and this is definitely not one of those. I can cut raw pumpkin, potato, carrot etc with just the slightest touch!

Excellent for chopping – On Wednesday 7th December 2016 I purchased a Nicer Dicer Fusion from The Nunawading Store so I could slice, dice, chop, julienne, shred, cube and quarter rather then using a chopping board. Show details

Two qualities available – Rating my first one not the second - second would not manage one star! I bought my first nicer Dicer a couple of years ago and paid $99 and I gave it a hammering making bulk relish. I was surprised at how long it lasted given the use it got. Everything from carrots to eggplant went through in larger quantities than the average house hold. As… Read more

it started to show signs of wearing I purchased a 2nd one online as back up. Finally the other day I opened the new one and before I had finished one pot of relish the new one was in the bin and I was washing off the old one to make the best of it for a little longer. Same name & packaging but two completely different products. Which after reading these reviews looks like some have the good and some have the dodgy product.

I have 3 and could not be without it – so easy to use, easy to clean, you can put your vegetables or fruit straight in the fridge in the container, everything packs together, easy to transport. I love using the Nicer Dicer as I hate cutting up vegetables and I find it is the most used item in my kitchen.  Show details

A very bad product – I refer to the latest product Nicer Dicer 7 piece. It is a waste of money. In no way will it cut items implied on the TV publicity. The cutting area is too small so one has to cut all by knife first!!. It is also difficult to clean we use a toothbrush!! Show details

Very disappointing – I brought one for myself and one for my daughter about two months ago and honestly have only used it twice. The third time I was using it I noticed that the plastic part that pushes the food thru the blades was breaking, and bits of it was going into the food. It certainly doesn't cut food that it shows on TV, cutting soft food is alright except… Read more

you have to make sure they are the same size as the cutting area. It did not cut carrots, onions, potatoes as shown on the ad. I was very disappointed and of course because I had it more than a month I couldn't get a refund. I think that there should be some regulations to stop this sort of rubbish being advertised and sold.

Rubbish Product – Nicer Dicer Quick is a rubbish product. Worst item ever purchased. All blade housings broke on first use. Small carrot and pumpkin pieces would not push through, blades broke from orange housing. Head piece caught on blades and was very difficult to clean. Do not buy this garbage. Show details

So disappointed. Can not even cut through tomato skin – I have used a ($20 US) chop wizard for over 7 years and it worked excatly as you would expect it to. It chopped vegetables. I was just gifted the nicer dicer and was so excited as it has a lot more features and was $60 so I assumed it would be as good as the chop wizard or better. I attemtpted to chop tomaotes and it made an absolute mess of the… Read more

tomato. It could barely chop it and could not even pierce through the skin. I tried to use it twice and now it is sitting on the shelf and will never be used. Would like to send it back but it was a gift and I foolishly threw the box in the bin. The product looks great from the outside and that is it's best feature.

Bad product. Breaks easily. Nothing like the original nicer dicer – This is no where near as good as the original nicer dicer. I am so gutted that I broke my original. this one is all plastic blades. used it for the first time yesterday and green plastic bits ended up in my diced onion and carrots. Piece of garbage. What a shame as the original was solid and good value. this is junk.  Show details

The Best Thing About it – .......is the vegetable peeler that came with it. I got my Nicer Dicer Plus as a 'freebie' when I bought a Nutribullet through the TV Shop. I tried it, but it takes too much effort to get say, an apple or potato, through the blades. I felt the lid that you push down on it was going to break before I got the potato chopped.. It's now sitting in… Read more

Only buy a genuine one, not a cheap copy – I had my first nicer dicer for years and years before it got broken by someone using it incorrectly. Bought another one on ebay and it is cheap and nasty and won't last any time at all. I used my original one all the time for all sorts of things and loved it.  Show details

Don't put trans. container in dishwasher – I like the Nicer Dicer plus, but do not put the transparent container in the dishwasher. Mine is now warped. The product itself could be made better. I noticed some of the blades shifting and it definitely doesn't like the peel of an onion or fruit. Not sure how realistically you can use all the options.  Show details
