Weak machine – Simple tasks are a bother for this little machine. Jams when making fresh breadcrumbs and smells as if the motor is burning every time I use it. I… Read more

had a 20 year old Moulinex that was a little workhorse compared to this dud. Unfortunately I dropped and cracked it.

Works for us – I would love to know how to clean this product? The blades tend to catch food and it's not the easiest of products to clean. Cannot find if it's dishwasher safe.

Hasn't lasted 2 months! – Use once a week. lasted not even 3 months!. Dice ONLY capsicum, tomatoes and cucumber. Blades have bent and now fallen off! Bought from House but… Read more

don't have receipt. Not i pressed with cheap product. The one I bought from Aldi for $10 lasted 8 months!! Shameful Baccarat, I though you sold better quality products, but now I know you too only sell cheap products for a premium price!

It is a good product, but it will not dice a big onion without cutting it into smaller pieces, but happy with the "Chopzilla" overall.

Compact, no power but does a great job with easy cleanup – When it first arrived in the kitchen my thoughts were, just another space waster. So many uses, my first use was chopping onions. Heaps of other… Read more

appliances out there to do the job but this is so much easier. Broccoli is always one of those things that you buy and throw away 75% of, with this chopper I put the stalks in and within a few seconds I had chopped the stalks to such a fine consistency that it could be added to sauce, gravy etc etc.

WARNING: Blades are super sharp, handle with extreme care.

Very useful, but the cord broke – I loved this chopper and found it very useful, especially when making freezer batches of food that required lots of chopping, but the cord broke after about 15 or 20 uses so it ended up in the bin Show details

No-Waste, Extremely Thin Core + Compact Design – This is the best spiraliser on the market. Contains 4 blades which give 3 different widths of curly spiral as well as the flat spiral blade. Is easy… Read more

to store - all pieces stack neatly inside the main unit leaving a small rectangular box-shape to store safely, with all the sharp blades concealed. Made from heavy-duty plastic (the blades are metal obviously) with sucker feet to stick to your benchtop. The best thing about this spiraliser is that the 'core' (the centre part which keeps the vegetable/fruit steady whilst spiralising) is only about 2mm diameter, meaning there is absolutely no waste as it just mingles with the rest of the spiralised vegetables instead of being thrown away. It is the only spiraliser I could find with a small core. It can spiralise vegetables as big as a cabbage, due to the wide design of the blades (unlike the electric styles with the chute, which are only wide enough to spiralise vegetables like small zucchini & cucumber). It is excellent value for money also, considering it accommodates much larger veggies with less waste than other designs. My only problem with this item is that it has a few difficult nooks and crannies to clean out, although the whole thing is completely washable so I'm not sure this is really an issue :)

I nearly sliced my finger off! – An extremely dangerous device that should not be sold to the public. Until there is a protective accessory that guards between the device and the user, which does not slip or is awkward to place, then it should not be available to the public. Show details

Really bad – I'm not sure if I got something from a bad batch but after going through the other reviews here, it seems this product was just poorly made. First of… Read more

all, the blades are really dull. They can't cut anything. Instead, they just crush the vegetables / fruits and create a mess all over the counter table. I really regret getting this.

Worst I've tried – I bought it a couple of years ago. It's never worked properly. The first time I used it, it literally fell apart when I tried to cut an onion. … Read more

Put it back together. Wouldn't go through it and wouldn't turn properly. It stayed in the cupboard. Pulled it out yesterday to see if it would chop some chocolate buttons for a desert. Had to push hard (both hands) to cut through. It's going in the bin. (Please excuse the photo. I wasn't going to wash it prior to binning it).

Used 5 or 6 times and the plastic wore out, no replacement part. Throw away item – I've used this product once a month for about five or six months and worked o.k. Unfortunately, they made the cog connection to connect the blade… Read more

to the motor out of plastic and it wore down so it's just a paper weight at the moment. I called for spare parts and there aren't any. I had a Black and Decker small food processor and it still works after 16 years. I just needed something a bit bigger. $54 for six uses is not good value. With so much waste, it's a shame manufacturers are not making things to last.

“warranty” support line (1-877-767-5905) repeatedly. No one answered and the call was dropped. Other “as seen on TV” features did not work as promised. The blades are dull. I gave up on neatly dicing onions and onions. The Nicer Dicer mashed them. It was just as quick to dice things up with a knife and easier to clean up. I am going to tell my friends and Facebook group not buy this shame of a product.

near the motor head, a year after I bought it. Heroshi claimed it was due to me wrapping the cord around the motor during storage. Everybody wraps a cord around an appliance before they put it in a cupboard. Nobody throws an appliance into a cupboard with the cord hanging all loose to catch on everything else in storage. Clearly this product which was made where all cheap products are made (no guessing there) has cheap inferior electrics. It also overheats easily and takes ages to cool down enough to use again. Inferior quality. I do NOT recommend this product. Spend your money on quality.

faultless operation!!! I recently purchased a replacement the "Zyliss Zick Zick" (essentially the same product but Made in China). It broke on the second use !!! I was chopping celery. A plastic internal part just cracked and snapped off. The product was poorly manufactured - the parts ill fitting. Whether this was just poor quality control and I was unlucky IDK but I would strongly advise anyone not to buy this product. It's rubbish.
