We purchased the Provence coffee table approximately 5 years ago. Recently the jazz film has had some damage caused by us, with a large chip (approximately the size of a $5 note). We know the product is no longer under warranty, but wondered if there is a way to get the film repaired?

When we had an issue one of their guys came round and did a “cut and polish”, like you do on cars. Worked well. Ours was just a few light scratches. Good luck.

Good morning We have just purchased four of the Carolina items . Upon read this of other people’s experiences has the products been improved to stop the wear and tear as in the scratches? I understand at point of sale we cannot cancel our order with out a huge loss of money. I was at no time told of the plastic covering to these items so I am really worried that we to will have this sa me problem. Can we please have some reassurance.

I still love the overall look of the furniture. The scratches are there but I just try to make sure we are careful when using it.

Can confirm the product has NOT been improved. Saw this table a month ago and the display was already full of scratches underneath the small acrylic sign holder placed on it. If a super light acrylic can scratch it, best believe ur forks spoons and tableware will do more damage. When i asked the saleslady about the film, she vaguely said something about that particular table having some kind of factory defect, and explained that the scratches can be fixed easily anyway. When pressed with specific Qs like what product can fix it, and what the film is made of, she just could not answer properly. So i assumed she was lying or incompetent, either way I quickly left and am now glad i didnt buy it. Forget about this table!
