Why is Nick Scali after sales service to handle problems so poor. They have an extremely bad name now with anyone I have spoken to and we are currently experiencing this poor service also. I can provided written and photo proof our what has happened to our Levanzo Buffet. It collapsed and just lucky did not hurt our anyone. Beware and do not buy this item or anything from Nick Scali. They do not stand behind any item they sell. Your comments appreciated.

Take it to consumer affairs, surely this would be considered a manufacturing fault. They couldn’t help us but maybe they can help you.

Yes, pathetic effort by Nick Scali. Should serve as a warning to others to not buy there.

Hi Nick Scali I’d love to know what your care instructions are as you completely ignored me when I asked for them in my initial complaint. perhaps you can post them here so everyone can have them- oh wait no! There is no way to fix the problem as your product is faulty!

How do I care for my table. It marks so easily and these marks seem impossible to remove.

You can't remove the marks. Nick Scali told me I would have to regularly hire a French polisher to remove the marks. Ultimately I had to buy a concrete sealant from Bunnings ($30), put on several coats and leave to set for seven days before using. It was a long process but now it doesn't mark. I might have to seal again each year just to be sure.
