Did anyone get refunded or reimbursed by their bank?
Not only I didn’t get the refund, they also asked me to send the 200 dollar stuff back, which cost me 70dollar. So I lost 270 in total.
I placed an order with these unscrupulous rip-off merchants and have now given up. My question is should I cancel my credit card? I'm concerned they will try and take more money from me. I currently have it locked on my banking app. Thanks
Hi, yes. Try and contact your bank and cancel the purchase/fraudulent etc. I tried to cancel my purchase via my bank but was on hold for too long then noticed I received a tracking number so was hopeful. Yeah, nah. I should’ve cancelled purchase originally. Paid $64 for a 300g bag of candy I could’ve bought down the road for $3.50, and without dirt and grease etc on the packet that I received via ‘Ninelife Aust’ (billed to a Mumbai address, shipped from USA, Australian product…like wth..?) Hope this helps. ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NINELIFE!***
Hi there. Thanks for answering. I decided to cancel my card just in case they tried to take more money. I lost $97, but have learnt a valuable lesson in life. I will never purchase anything online again without first checking out this website. I decided this was my first and last time of being conned and ripped off. Hopefully others will read these reviews and it will save them anger and frustration.

You will prob get your ‘Back support pad or belt’…in about 2mths. Expect it to be broken/dirty/used or a completely different product of sub quality.
I'm afraid to place an order due to so many bad reviews not receive the goods. Whats happening? Please advise
I thought I was dealing with an Australian supplier but the order came direct from the USA The goods arrived but are faulty and they would not accept a return as their fine print says that goods must be returned within 30 days
i'd like to ask you'll deliver the goods definately?
