I love this machine, but the incline and speed buttons have stopped working - both are stuck on 2.0

I've tried to google an answer, and also can't find anthing in the User's Manual. Thank you!

Could be software related. Hope it’s under warranty. The call out fee, repairs, parts (control board) is expensive . The control board is the brain of the machine. I was able to replace it myself and works fine for the last few years.
