Norwood Village Medical & Dental Centre

On 5th of May my wife has booked an appointment with [Name Removed] for a removal of staples after an emergency procedure a week prior. The appointment was for 14:20. We have arrived 20 minutes before and reported to a receptionist who after checking the details told us to wait till we were called. So we waited. 15 minutes after the appointment time I have asked a receptionist how long do we have to still wait. She replied that [Name Removed] has finished for a day! Lucky we have asked, otherwise we would be still sitting there. The Urgent Care nurse that is located in the same clinic told us that we would have to wait at least 4 hours before seeing a doctor. Frustrated I took my wife to my clinic (East Adelaide Health Care) where despite lack of any appointment a nurse took care of it in 10 minutes without any fuss. Now, that is what I would call a proper medical care!!!!!So there is a lesson which every person should learn. Do not tolerate goofy "service" from anybody. Even a medical profession that lately shows a clear luck of professional responsibility and any standards of ethical behaviour.
