want the second order and the first one hadn’t even arrived! Basically told (via email) that it was too late to cancel. Then a week or so later received letter from customs saying product would not be allowed and would be destroyed. Contacted the company again and they basically said it wasn’t their fault but would do a partial refund. That was about a month ago and no sign of any refund. Absolute scam!!! I have noticed here too that they are no longer trying even trying to explain!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My cat showed no interest. The return information says that they cant be returned if the packaging is opened because they are sealed using a special process to reduce bacteria and ensure the highest quality for your cats health. They came packaged loose in a post bag!!!! And they took ages to arrive. What a waste of money.

delivered. Zero responsibility, despite paying for shipping protection - you just can’t communicate with any real person. They are not an Australian business, but a Chinese offshore company. They are lying to their customers. The phone number is New York and the street address is an empty TV shop. Will never shop with them again. contact them. Only to discover that "one was delivered, the other was at the post". News to me, no letter in my box saying i had something to deliver. I was concerned and told them immediately since there was two packages, and the post is claiming to have one, and i didnt receive the other, that i would likely be following up. Well i was right, i only had one package to pick up not two. The post office claimed to have delivered, and sent them a picture with no package in it. A picture of a drain in my driveway. That was it. The person who signed for it isnt me or any of my neighbours, and my husband works from home, usually with the front door open to hear for packages. So yeah no package delivered. Here i am 3 months later, and the customer service rep is now "messing with me" only reshipping one item, not the rest that never arrived, completely ignoring the fact that i received only part of the order. Now im having to deal with trying to get a refund, because i wasnt expecting to get my product 4 months late. Now i'm moving and will likely not get the "resent" package. What a joke and a loss of money to me. Do yourself a favor buy the amazon version and save yourself the hassle this company is a joke. Sticks are absolute rip-off! – My cat loved the stick as soon as I got it out of the package. That lasted for about 10 mins until the black/brown thing on end broke in half and fell off. Then my cat wasn't interested in it. Absolute rip-off for $36!!!! Show details
