This company is using a bot to call me twice a day every day. I do not drink wine and I have reported the conduct but they won’t stop. They have been fined already by the government for doing this to many people.

had Pre printed labels for the 4 cases. Days later The Wine Concierge rang me and asked if I was going to return the wine????? They maintain they knew nothing about the pickup. It seems the extra 2 cases enabled the fraudulent pickup to be worthwhile. Fortunately I have pictorial records of the pick up, and am actively pursuing the matter. In spite of all this I am still being inundated with calls selling wine. The phone numbers they have quoted are inoperative and I have had no response to my written reply. More to follow
Spam harassment and constant calls from them – Awful spam company who harass you constantly and do not respond to calls or request to be removed from bot calls. I have received >30 calls since the start of november from their bot caller on different numbers and have consistently requested to be removed from their contact list. I did not sign up.

I paid over a month ago I think they stole my money – I paid over a month ago they said they shipped the wine 2 times and 2 times they said it was was damaged in shipping. I fear this is a scam organisation. I find it Impossible to talk to someone on the phone.
Constant harassment – Getting phone calls sometimes 3 times a week about ordering from them. I have told them at least a dozen times that I do not want any and to take me off their call list but they just keep ringing. Each one promises that they will do so, a few days later there's another call.

what I know' person, as I don't know much about wines. But I was given lots to think about; perhaps needed a little more time. I did get a recall to buy more, hey, Im only just received 2 cases, no one drinks or stores that much wine, but with another negotiation to call back in a month, they eased off. Definitely feel I got a good deal and will probably buy more, it saved me from popping up to the local and buy the same old same.
Love the ease of ordering with Oak Road Estate – The really helpful team at Oak Road estate keep in touch and manage my orders perfectly. The wines are lovely and it's nice to try something different now and then. Angus is a gem and so polite on the phone.
Fabulous service – I ordered a box of sparkling wine. It arrived two days later! Super fast! The price was exceptional too. Will definitely be ordering through this company again.

Product and prices good but be wary – I’ve brought a number of cases from this group and happy with the price and the wine. Not a bad option – I believe their wines are fine for the price. When I receive a sales call, they are aware of my preferences so my time isn't wasted trying to sell me something I wont purchase. But they do call too often.

Halliday rated wine of 96 points from the Barossa at $9 each delivered to my house? Glad I only purchased a dozen. Wife could only handle a sip and I have most (I drank some bottles as they are not worth cellaring and I regard them as glass bottle versions of cask wine) of the wines on a shelf for desperate times. Oh, the wines are not from the Barossa either, they are labelled South Eastern Australian. I would appreciate honesty from the sales team in future transactions. NOT a happy camper!
Just OK at best – During the phone conversation, I was told that these wines, both red and wine are really great and have been very reduced in price. They turned out to be just OK. The only advantage for Oak Road Estate id that the wine is delivered. Both Dan Murphy and Aldi sell better wines for a lower price.

Pretty Poor Delivery record – Rarely if ever is tracking information provided - even when requested. Follow up and updates have to be sought, not volunteered. As far as delivery is concerned 2 stars is generous. However, if and when you get the wine it is very good. Just get rid of Australia Post
