Waste of money! – Broken and useless after just few years in function. Total waste !

Really bad – The printing quality itself is fine. But the amount of times there's been an error message when I try to print is incredible. The printer automatically goes to powersave mode after 10 mins, at which time I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on if I want to print. It does not print in powersave mode. Also the port number changes on its own every few days, so I'm constantly needing to troubleshoot. Not worth the time or the stress.
Issues never stop – we purchased OKI printer ES4192 two years ago. We have never been so regretful with something we purchase like this one as it gave us trouble one after another. Once we experienced some bubbles and marks on the prints. We spent hundreds of dollars to fix it. A few months later the problems came back. Looks like we have to spend hundreds of dollars again on it. We also have a few other Brother printers that have been working for many years perfectly without any issues. we will definitely never buy OKI again.
