Absolute worst printer ever bought – Bought this printer less than a year ago and was recommended due to the high printer per minute and MFP functions. Worst decision ever. every single time to reconnect to the network. Next issue was it was stop scanning a page halfway through and jam for no reason. Happened repeatedly. Next issue is the print speed went down to an average of 3 PAGES PER MINUTE! That became extremely painful. I contacted OKI support on many occasions as well but could offer little to no support. The most recent time, we connected via TeamViewer so they could see the current setting assuming the issue was on my end. I work in IT, thanks champ. They could not help, and final suggestion was to take it to the nearest OKI repairer which is a 40 min drive down the freeway (between Newcastle and Sydney). Yeah right, taking that 30kg beast is not simple. I will never recommend OKI products.
