Ripoff & Dishonest – Scam company. Item I received is nothing like the photo on their website. What I received looks like a Wish or Temu knockoff. Have sent chat request x3 - no response to ANY of my messages. EDIT: They did eventually contact me, requesting photos of the item & replied stating that the item was definitely not up to standard & sent a link for returns. Link didn’t work & when I contacted them, they stated I wasn’t entitled to a refund or credit as it was a ‘sale’ item. When I advised them that the website didn’t state the item was on sale as a ‘second’ or defective item & attached a link to ACCC page advising that I was still entitled to a refund if the ‘sale’ item was not up to standard or it hadn’t been described as faulty/seconds etc. I also pointed out that they had already admitted in writing that the item was not up to standard expected of their products. OUTCOME? A refund. But I had to fight for it.

Dishonest Company, Doesn't Honour Advertised Prices – I contacted them to see why the bag I wanted to purchase was showing in my cart at $20 more than was showing on the bag page. They wrote back and said the sale had finished last night. I responded by showing them (screencap) that after a few refreshes, it was still showing the lower price and also included the link. They took a while to get back to me and said that they would need a live link, I responded by saying that I had already sent them that earlier, but when I went back and refreshed the page again, they had removed the lower price. Dirty tactics instead of doing the right thing due to their error. Also told another lie by saying the sale finished this morning at 8am, which was it, last night or this morning? Pretty poor customer service and management of this issue for such a big company.
