Didn't last the distance – My daughter paid full price for this model at Big W. At some stage the electronics failed, meaning that you couldn't change 'gears' or see anything on the display panel. After sitting idle for a long time it was sold on Gumtree for $15 to someone who had had a knee replacement and wanted something that pedalled without offering any resistance. She now has a 'Magnetic Exercise Bike' from Kmart that only cost $89.

As advertised – We were lucky to get this on clearance for around $50, from memory. At the time, I would have been happy to get a solid year out of it and it's done that without any sign of wear. It's used regularly and still runs quietly.

Great Machine – I've had this model since February 2015 and I've had no problems with it. Works beautifully. Almost silent when pedaling which is great as I cycle when the kids have gone to bed. Used at least 4 times per week for 1 hour at a time since purchase. Still going strong.

Durability – This product is quite simply, cheap junk! Good luck trying to do maintain any rhythm when the pedals are coming loose at the same time. Its' broken!

I waited over 6 weeks for the parts to arrive. In November 2014 the tensioner failed. I contacted Action sports and was advised that the warranty period had lapsed and that I would have to pay for any repair. I… Read more

tried to explain that I was without the bike for at least 6 weeks if not more.

Warranty is 12 months that's it.

I would suggest if you are looking to buy something from Acton Sports bear in mind their inflexibility to help.

Michelle Bridges has put her name to this product would expect it to last longer than 14 months.
