Product says on box '100% compatible - Guaranteed to work with all brands'. I purchased it, took it home and spent about 1 hour trying to setup and Googling codes but nothing worked. Their own code site says our TV model is not found/unsupported. No response after emailing support. Now this is a popular Universal Remote brand in many stores around Adelaide, South Australia... so I'm sure it works with 95% of TVs... just don't stuff buyers around saying 100% compatible guaranteed!!
