Faded Delight – For $300, I expected elegance and care, But instead, my dress arrived like a forgotten afterthought— Rolled up, creased, and stuffed into a smart post pack, As if it had never known the touch of a professional hand. Visible holes marred the fabric, and the zipper's hook hung by a thread, An elite garment reduced to disappointment. The lack of care in packaging was only rivaled by the disinterest of the store— A manager's silence, followed by a late, dismissive email.
A store that claims luxury but delivers only negligence. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this experience to anyone

Unprofessional Misleading Formal Wear – I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which my $300 dress arrived from the Sydney store. It was carelessly rolled up and packed into a smart post pack bag, leaving me wondering if it was even dry cleaned before shipping. The dress had visible holes, and the hook required to zip it up was hanging off. The service was highly unprofessional, especially considering this was supposed to be an elite garment. Not only was it damaged, but it was also creased from being balled up and shoved into a bag. This is unacceptable for a high-end purchase.
To make matters worse, the manager completely avoided addressing the issue. Despite promising to call, I only received a response via email 48 hours later, and even that felt dismissive.
I would not recommend purchasing from this store based on my experience
