Their Amaze app is incredible—I was connected on video within minutes, and the provider team immediately jumped in to guide me. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free at a time when I really needed it.

They recommended a provider that was a little further away, but it was open later, accepted my VA benefits, and had imaging on-site. That extra step made all the difference for me, especially since what I thought was a sprain turned out to be a broken ankle. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, but Amaze Health made it not as bad as it could have been thanks to their support.

through all our bags (without asking) and taking all our food out of them before we were allowed on the boat. He then put the food in the galley and told us we were not allowed there without permission. So like infants we had to ask permission when we’re hungry to eat. He also found that it was his place to tell people how they should cater and demanded the girl who’s bday it was that he will need to dock so she could buy more food because he thought she did not cater appropriately. She felt very confronted and worried she was going to spoil everyone’s time. These were just a couple of instances of the exchanges but overall he was a domineering and fairly unhappy person and when asked why he didn’t just ask everyone what they wanted was defensive and angry and threatened to dock. Was a nice day on the water but every single person on the boat ( around 30) all agreed won’t be using that particular boat ever again.

wedding at 2pm on the eve of the wedding, the booking confirmation arrived by email with a 5-seater stretch (think gangster) Jaguar confirmed. No prior warning, no apology, a very aggressive [Name Removed] on the phone when my daughter phoned him. We had no choice other than to proceed although literally at 7pm that same day less than 20 hours before the wedding we managed to find another car. The other two amazing and professional companies we used for a replacement Rolls and 5 x BMWs said Allure Limousines do this all the time - they double book the Rolls and send an alternative so late there is no other option. They will tell you it's their most popular car. This company is shoddy, aggressive and predatory in their tactics. They rely on the fact that they have you cornered at the very last minute before a wedding without a choice. DO NOT USE THEM.

There was never any indication that the chairs were required to be covered for collection. A bit of Googling and asking for recommendations gave me Holidays Afloat as a clear front runner in the field and they did not disappoint. They are very helpful in the lead up to going away, lovely and very helpful staff when you get there and checking in as you’re on your journey and then when we got back to a flat battery they saved us an NRMA callout by giving us a jump start. The bride was raised by her step mother and the birth mother was to be acknowledged in the brides speech but the MC overheard the mother whinging to the father of the groom about the speeches and lack of recognition as the mother. She did absolutely nothing for the wedding, the MC overheard the exchange (not knowing the family dynamics) and suggested to the father of the groom to make another speech to toast just the mothers without the bridal couple knowing or giving permission. The step mother was totally disrespected and left out of the speech. Unprofessional.
