manufacturer ; reply as follows, from Shaan (National Sales Director - Suppliers), who advised the following: 《 It is difficult to determine the cause of the discolouration of the front panels of this caravan. I note that it is only the front that is discoloured and not the other sides. This leads us to believe that it is likely that road grime during travel is partly to blame. Also I note that run off from the roof usually runs down the front or back of the van, sometimes leaving residue on the surface. Based on this assessment, as the discolouration appears to be related to external factors rather than a manufacturing defect, this concern is not covered under warranty. 》 Vacationer offered replacement stickers as a gesture of good will Having had this reply from the manufacturer, I proceeded to OPTIVAN , who totally went out of their way to assist by repolishing the entire van , AT THEIR OWN COST , and attempting to bring the front panel up to some look of originality, the Van came up looking brand new, except for the front panel. It was suggested to wrap the front panel, which i agreed . This not only alleviated the damage look but also giving insulation property, up to 50% reflection of heat. Also applied to the windows , 9 in all , thus reducing the heat factor inside the van and keeping the warmth in during witer . Highly recommend OPTIVAN as their quality of service and after sales service is rare in this day in age . Note the sample wrap bottom left of image 2

Had Optivan apparently applied to external of the van including roof. When van was delivered by road to Perth and inspected, noticed excess silicon from factory on roof. transported on the truck from Melb to Perth. I asked for proof/photos of application but none were available. If the product was in fact applied the initial bug removal from Melb to Perth transport on the front of the caravan would have been relative easy to remove, which was not the case. Pretty disappointed and would say that there lifetime warranty wouldn’t be worth the paper it is written on.

Very pleased with the ordering and scheduling process. The job was organised over the Christmas/New Year break, with Sheridan providing thorough planning and communication. We decided to invest in Optivan ceramic coating and PPF window film on our new caravan. We travel fulltime and the van is in the elements and off road a lot of the time so we wanted to protect the finish on our van. clean and the rain was just beading and rolling off. I believe the cost was worth it to protect our van from the elements, bird and bat droppings and make it easy to clean. Plus a lifetime warranty!!!
