From the very beginning, the team were incredibly easy to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the sales team were exceptional throughout the whole process.
What really stood out was the service on the day the work was being completed. I had originally told the team that my rear windows had privacy glass, so I didn’t think they needed tinting. It turned out I had made a mistake, and the rear windows weren’t privacy glass after all.
The team upgraded the tint to include all of the windows and didn’t charge me anything extra. I really appreciated that level of customer service.
It has now been a couple of weeks since the protection was applied, and I can honestly say the ceramic coating is performing amazingly. The car looks fantastic, and I’m extremely happy with how everything has turned out.
Being my first new car purchase, I wanted to make sure it was properly protected from the start, and I’m so glad I chose OptiVAN and Protection Brands to look after it.
A huge thank you to Adam and the entire Protection Brands / OptiVAN team. The whole experience has been excellent, and I couldn’t recommend OptiVAN highly enough.

Trying to get a straight answer is like pulling teeth. There is zero accountability and seemingly no communication between staff.
What has made the experience even worse is being threatened or pressured over leaving an honest review about my experience.
After the amount of time, money and stress involved, I deeply regret dealing with Optivan. The sales process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
If you value clear communication, honesty and professionalism, take my advice and go somewhere else.
My experience with optivan was nothing short of amazing. Adam was very patient with me answering countless questions to ensure they product was best fit for my needs. Their product is market leading and well priced. Having a warranty that covered all surfaces including the roof along with being transferable to another owner if selling was not something competitors offered. Show reply
WOW WOW WOW. What a sensational job on my motorhome. It was done 18 months ago and still looks new as the day I brought it home. I had a small concern and Sheridan and Luke where right onto it. After sales service is the next level. They stand behind their product. Len Grahame Show reply

manufacturer ; reply as follows, from Shaan (National Sales Director - Suppliers), who advised the following: 《 It is difficult to determine the cause of the discolouration of the front panels of this caravan. I note that it is only the front that is discoloured and not the other sides. This leads us to believe that it is likely that road grime during travel is partly to blame. Also I note that run off from the roof usually runs down the front or back of the van, sometimes leaving residue on the surface. Based on this assessment, as the discolouration appears to be related to external factors rather than a manufacturing defect, this concern is not covered under warranty. 》 Vacationer offered replacement stickers as a gesture of good will Having had this reply from the manufacturer, I proceeded to OPTIVAN , who totally went out of their way to assist by repolishing the entire van , AT THEIR OWN COST , and attempting to bring the front panel up to some look of originality, the Van came up looking brand new, except for the front panel. It was suggested to wrap the front panel, which i agreed . This not only alleviated the damage look but also giving insulation property, up to 50% reflection of heat. Also applied to the windows , 9 in all , thus reducing the heat factor inside the van and keeping the warmth in during witer . Had Optivan apparently applied to external of the van including roof. When van was delivered by road to Perth and inspected, noticed excess silicon from factory on roof. With a rag and small amount of pressure was removed. I queried this with Optivan to whether they had touched the roof and there response was that the dirt was from being… Read more
transported on the truck from Melb to Perth. I asked for proof/photos of application but none were available. If the product was in fact applied the initial bug removal from Melb to Perth transport on the front of the caravan would have been relative easy to remove, which was not the case. Pretty disappointed and would say that there lifetime warranty wouldn’t be worth the paper it is written on.

Very pleased with the ordering and scheduling process. The job was organised over the Christmas/New Year break, with Sheridan providing thorough planning and communication. mid-way, and was impressed by the standard of workmanship, and attention to detail. I'm pleased to report, six months later, the caravan is still looking new and shiny.
I believe that no other product offers a lifetime guarantee,as good ,nor has been in business for as long . The product range will certainly meet the requirements of any RV owner, whether you are a full time traveler or a short term traveler. We decided to invest in Optivan ceramic coating and PPF window film on our new caravan. We travel fulltime and the van is in the elements and off road a lot of the time so we wanted to protect the finish on our van. clean and the rain was just beading and rolling off. I believe the cost was worth it to protect our van from the elements, bird and bat droppings and make it easy to clean. Plus a lifetime warranty!!!

for longer. Recently, we have been away on two separate trips where the van was exposed to quite a lot of dust and road grime. Despite becoming fairly dirty, it cleaned up again with minimal effort and looked as good as new. The protective coating has made washing and maintaining the van much easier, saving both time and effort. Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending Optivan to other caravan owners looking to protect their investment and reduce the amount of cleaning required.
Follow-up · Another plus we have found that any of the drip marks that run down the van are very easy to clean off, previously these were extremely hard to remove.
Amazing product, I had my car done at 2 1/2 years old, it's better than it was when brand new, all minor body marks removed, paintwork shiny and smooth. I was so impressed with how well it worked on my caravan that I also decided to have my car and motorbike treated as well. The results have been just as impressive across all three.
