What truly impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. After consulting with his supervisor, they made the goodwill decision to replace my battery at absolutely no charge. It genuinely made my weekend and I am incredibly grateful for such an unexpected act of kindness.
My car is not a common make and Thomas went above and beyond by patiently going through the vehicle manual and even watching Youtube videos to ensure everything was done correctly. The job took longer than expected, but he approached it diligently, never rushed and did not charge me for the additional time.
In an industry where trust is everything, BOTG has earned mine completely. It is no surprise they are such a popular and reliable company. Their integrity, customer service and willingness to go the extra mile are second to none.
They have certainly gained a loyal customer in me and I would not hesitate to recommend BOTG to anyone needing battery assistance.
P.s : Taught me how to use a car battery charger if in case I require in the future.

buy was arranged and carried out within 24 hours (on a Friday). I had a phone call from the inspector (Rick) after his inspection where he ran me through the highlights and a couple of issues he’d noted. We received the comprehensive inspection report, including ~70 photos detailing the car and the insepection/tests carried out, that evening. The report was detailed and professional. In particular the numerous detailed photos of the underside of the car were really useful as they confirmed the clean condition of the car. The comprehensive report enabled us to identify a few issues that the dealer fixed before pick up. 3 months and a fair few km later, and the car is still as good as the day we bought it.
Thanks to Rick and Jo for making our buying experience so good. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough and will certainly be using their services again.

Was contacted by Product Manager and verbally arranged repair at dealership in different town . Was told booking confirmation would be emailed. Product Manager gave personal number. 6 weeks later still no confirmation email about repair . Try calling Product Manager on personal number. No response for hours in meetings all day the excuse. Trying to cancel membership and get refunded. Now told not up the Schmick to refund it’s in Toyota hands . Apparently my fault I never received an email that’s wasn’t ever sent .

then charged an additional $286.92 to replace an engine air filter and two windscreen wiper blades.
The breakdown was:
Air filter: $80.41 Two wiper blades: $122.64 Labour: $57.78
In my opinion, nearly $287 for an air filter and wiper replacement is excessive, particularly given how straightforward these jobs are. The final bill was $672.87.
My advice is to ask for a detailed quote on any additional work and parts before authorising repairs. I won't be using the service again.

worker told me that someone had already fixed the crack previously. It was done recently and it was most likely that I'd just noticed it, instead of it getting bigger. He said in his oppinion the work was done very well and he did not need to do anything. He insisted on not touching it. He could've easily asked me to come back and taken my money but he didn't. If the window cracks in future and I believe the above is not longer true, I will remove this review. So if you are reading this, the honesty of this company still stands, and is of high integrity. I highly recommend.

actually a bit shook up. He suggested I call Melbourne Collission Centre at Mentone as he had a great experience previously. I called their number, they picked up within a few rings and spoke to a 'real' person. They were great, they put me at ease straight away and to be quite frank, simply took control of the situation on my behalf. I was provided with a 4WD hire car similar to mine, newer model actually, in around 50 minutes! I still find that service amazing to this day. Throughout the process I was given weekly updates, sometimes twice a week, with images of my car showing works being done, the overall progress even when inspections were being done. All this helped reduce the stress of it all. And when all was done, the car was delivered to my home just after 6pm when I get home and it is just perfect! If you too end up in the wrong place at the wrong time like me don't hesitate to call Melbourne Collision Repair Centre Mentone they take care of everything. Simply first class.
