Ridiculous since it’s shut down, they cannot refund upfront subscription straight to the payment sour certain but have to send a CHEQUE that’s only going to be mail up to 8 weeks Ridiculous of a joke you couldn’t go to an Optus store to request the refund but only via email. Terrible company

The football coverage was OK but the service was poor. But then i wanted to cancel. What a horrible experience! I still have not managed to cancel and now I am overseas for an extended period and they tell me I can not access from overseas! So, I can't access to watch anything and I can't cancel. Offered me 3 months free as a retention offer, but then charged me $24.99 after 1 month anyway. When contacting them for a refund, they said they couldn't access my account and refused to help. Completely useless, don't bother with these scam merchants.

Amazing app – Amazing quality and large variety of sports and shows, highly recommend.

Best soccer platform in Australia – Fantastic quality, tons of women’s soccer, always uploads replays fast unlike Paramount. Never has playability issues on my tv unlike other apps. Love it.

Great coverage of the Women's world cup 2023 – I thoroughly enjoyed the coverage of the WWC. Excellent pre/post game analyses and good commentating during most of the games. The kids enjoyed watching the shortened games and highlights.

why the hell does so many replays of the other match that i’m not watching come on and half the time it isn’t even a goal it’s a just a close miss or a tackle it’s so painful if i cared about that game i would have it on also why does it show the prem table all the time they should only show it when it changes i can’t believe no adult at optus had the common sense to figure this out

terrible user experience. Cannot understand why a company with so much resources and money cannot make the app sensible and easy to use. For eg: I try to find the 9-min highlights of a particular EPL game ...there is a clear MATCH CENTRE thumbnail and could be safe to assume the options could be in there. but NOOO!!! For some unknown reason the 9-minute highlights are lumped in with the rest of the "Highlights" amongst all the other 200 games.

Seriously has to be one of the worst streaming platforms available. Half the features dont work, the streams are terrible quality most of the time, and the price for what is really provided is ludicrous. Awful, awful service. You may as well just use Totalsportek lol

You should get with the program and read your reviews. Customers don’t like being ripped off. We choose to pay for a service so we don’t have adverts, but you choose to double dip, that’s unfair and disgraceful..

Slow to load, freezes often, keeps stopping to load, too many ads, etc. How can this be in today's and age? We used to be able to watch football games at double or other speeds but that feature was removed. Time for Optus to upgrade.

The app does not work on my TCL google TV, trying to get any help from their “ customer “ support is laughable , none of them have no idea, they transfer you to another area who ask the same questions and still have no idea, repeat repeat, time to cancel and hope STAN buy this excuse for a streaming service.

I paid $148 for a 12 month subscription. I have made numerous complaints to optus Sport and despite them promising to get to the bottom of it I have not been able to watch a single minute since December. Very poor service. They only get 1 star because the system doesn't allow zero stars.

Such a bad picture, stutter and blurry. Framerate and resolution are obviously too low, especially for sports. I'm on a fibre connection so no excuses regarding internet speed.

Crap service – My optus sports has stopped working on my tv and trying to speak to someone or get any help is impossible so I have had to cancel it. How companies this poor are allowed to be the only company that has exclusive control over these services is beyond belief, optus in general has very poor service so what can you expect but we have been advised to give the ombudsman a go.

GARBAGE – Shocking quality. Cannot believe that in 2025 paying for a streaming service to be downscaled to a botched 1080p, when sky original broadcast is in bloody 4k. The ads and banners are the cream on the top. GARBAGE

bedroom Glitches and buffering and freezes and cancels on laptop devices and even on iPhone I am with Telstra and need this network because I work in remote locations that Optus doesn’t cover . Heaven forbid I actually try to watch a match I don’t have this issue with BeIn sport or Stan UCL Which is far cheaper than the $26p/m I’m forced to pay Optus for a ridiculously poor service It is that bad and frustrating I’m considering canceling my subscription and have no EPL at all . I don’t even care about all your adds I just want a coverage that doesn’t glitch or freeze then cancel and be told it’s my problem

Expensive and frustrating due to all the ads! – Streams are inconsistent with far too many ads. Rewind or forward during a show and you get more ads, it's just do frustrating when you are already paying a hefty subscription fee. It's just not good enough Optus!

Horrible doesn’t quite cut it – Easily the most atrocious streaming service I’ve ever come across. Can’t watch a game without it constantly buffering or dropping in quality. The worst part is Optus have the rights to the epl until 2028. Honestly might just watch a different sport. My eyes hurt from watching the poor quality, I feel as though this will speed up bad eyesight in the long run. I will sue these incompetent frauds for every penny they have.

Endless Ads ruin the viewing – No other service makes me so angry and frustrated, endless Advertisements. shrieking female commentators and dubbed crowd noises, every season I hope that they will lose the contract.

Less leagues, more to pay – Prices gone up this year via subhub, but no La Liga?? Price should have come down without the likes of Barcelona, and. the Madrid sides on show. Ridiculous
