Video show cap being put on device after completion of test and thenbwaiting 10 to 15 to check results. However typed instructions say to not touch device after swabbing mouth.. to just lay on flat surface. Do I cap or just wait with device uncapped?
Video on usage of test says that on completion of swab to place csp back on device and wait 10 to 15 minutes to read. BUT typed instructions say at completion of test to lay device on flat surface without touching device again and then read Which is correct?
2 months and they still haven't bothered to reply. I think they are talking about the cap on the dropper but not sure. I agree that the directions are a tad vague.
