for a couple of sleepless nights and I must say that after using a quality goose down pillow you cannot compare the quality to a cheap spong pillow only because it's shaped in a certain way. A cheap product - is a cheap product! A few days later I received an auto survey email asking questions about the product and the service. I answered the question and sent an email asking to return the pillow and receive a refund. I received a reply offering me to buy other products with a discount - seriously? Bottom line they refuse to issue a refund. Their excuse is that the product must be returned in its original package without being opened at all. So if you want a refund you simply shouldn't buy the product to begin with!! How does this work? What do you do when you open the package only to find out that you didn't get what you paid for?? My advice is to stay away from buying anything from this company. It's an overcharged cheap worthless product and the service is terrible. I should have checked all the bad reviews all over the internet before buying this pillow. All five star reviews they get are 100% fake reviews! I did some research and it turns out that these people keep changing names everytime they get bad reviews and just start over! It used to be "Derilla" and after getting 1.7 stars on trustpilot they simply dropped one "L" and changed the product's name to "Derila" - Complete scam!!!

This practice, combined with automated responses that delay any refund or cancellation requests, gives the impression of a dropshipping operation that might lack transparency. It’s unclear if they even have a warehouse, as orders seem to come directly from overseas suppliers.

Consumer protection agencies should take a closer look at these practices, especially as the company seems to operate under different registrations across multiple countries. It would be beneficial for authorities to investigate the methods used in their website’s checkout and cart systems.
