Great experience and happy with SS450 – Has been a great purchase, no problems thus far and does its job, had questions around the mat and called their service division, support was great, especially when they are local in Perth and have parts available and their service techs come out to you, don’t get this level of service elsewhere, like to support local companies that have been around for years. thanks orbit

TERRBILE PRODUCT TERRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE – 2 weeks after purchase stickers started peeling off of treadmill. Emailed to get new stickers and found out that the treadmill was on sale for $200 cheaper. I asked if I could get it at that price as I was still paying for it through afterpay to be offered a $100 gift card to use at any store. here's the kicker lied to me about shipping when site clearly states shipping is free in metro areas (check images)

I don't think this treadmill will last through the warranty.

when I asked for a refund and return of product the denied me.

Purchase at your own risk this company has gone down the sinker.
