I struggled a bit to the end. The "how to follow the cleanse" which came with the products were clear to follow. On day 4 and 5 mix the powder 3 times a day in juice. And the e-book said to finish the powder. I had enough powder left for 2 more days. So I was unsure. I did one day longer, but because I didn't received an answer on FB for my question to continue, I stopped and did not do one more day. So with the preparation days with the capsules I did this for 7 days.

My main problem didn't get better with the cleanse. But I also didn't feel worse. I could do the cleanse without troubles. I plan to do another cleanse in the future, but first need to finish a different treatment.

The taste of the powder was a bit of a challenge. On the first day I mixed it with half apple juice half water. And it was a challenge to drink. But mixed with only apple juice it was far more pleasant. So I recommend everyone to use the juice.
