HAKKO itself, I’ve just done a couple of jobs with it and it’s great; so responsive. I’m a second-rate ‘solderer’ but the results with it so far are way better than with my old soldering station. Makes me look more skilled than I am. I can see why it gets rave reviews online from around the world. The HAKKO instruction sheet could be clearer regarding dialling in and using the pre-set temperature ranges but I Googled my questions and immediately found the answers on YouTube. The product is great and ORITECH www.oritech.com.au (whom I hadn’t used before) provided great service

Top products and service all round – Excellent customer service. Gareth went out of his way to assist me, called me personally and followed up on my enquiry really well. And their price was the best around. I highly recommend these guys.

Flir Thermal Camera – Bought a Flir thermal camera from these guys. Wasn't sue which model was best for what I needed (I run a HVAC business in Perth), but the guys ran me through the options and decided on the C5. Very knowledgeable and competitive pricing. Would recommend.

Waited 4 days so far and still waiting – My urgent order (5 lines) was held up to to one line being short of stock (1/3 cans) In this situation you should prompt the customer at checkout or at least give them a call. 6 months later and one tenth of the product – On 01/03-22 I ordered 10 kg tin of Electrolube that said it was plus 1kg. After several calls it was finally dispatched on 16-08-22. A week later I received a 1kg tin. I rang the salesman and he said someone had made a mistake on the website and inserted an extra 0 and it was only a 1 kg tin I had bought.

the option to purchase as a guest. The GST wasnt applied until after you go to the checkout which is a little cheeky. It does show it as excluded in brackets but it would be nicer to have it precalculated. Password security allowances were good.

Perfect for the Ute – Kincrome Tool Kit with Pelican 0450 Case In late March 20 I got my 3 toolboxes stolen out the back of my Ute. I have since purchased a Kincrome Tool Kit with Pelican 0450 Case which I have added tools to suit my needs, It lives in the back of the Ute Its in a lockable case and is secure now Kincrome are good quality tools that suit my application

Please clarify meaning of FREE SHIPPING – I've been buying from this company for the past 3 years. Always very happy with my purchase UNTIL after shopping to get free shipping, I got an email for EXTRA shipping costs because I didn't qualify for free ship. I told them to be more transparent & add an * to indicate conditions with their free shipping on their homepage. Glad they'll be making the necessary update but for now I opted for a refund.

Fast delivery – Oritech were easy to order from. I ordered a Hakko fx888d. It arrived quickly (4 days) in Excellent condition. I'm very happy with the soldering station. Would buy from Oritech again.

Very expensive shop elsewhere – A packet of Olga 9mm snap off stainless steel blades SB50S from this company cost $92 but you can get them for $35 elsewhere. Rip off big time. Shop elsewhere.

Works exactly as it should. Great product – The Hakko soldering iron was recommended to me and I found it on the Oritech site, it came with a free pair of clippers. The soldering iron is great, it does everything I want it to do, the communication with Oritech was very good, it was delivered very quickly and it was packed very well. Great product & their price was by far cheapest online – I did not know oritech even existed until I did a search for FLIR thermal cameras. identifying oritech as the place that had all the specs and spare parts I could ever need! After that the order arrived on time and reasonably priced - and I know I can get more supplies when I need them.

Quick delivery exactly as ordered – Hakko FX-888D soldering iron ordered and dispatched the next day. Delivery quick in-spite of a lock down covering Melbourne. Soldering iron good for small project work. Note: - Temperature change in default mode a bit clunky (1 up button and 1 enter button). - Need to look up Hakko web site to change to preset mode.

Fluke 115 – First higher price multimeter an it is amazing to use, all the functions are in place for quick access and the dial has a smooth action unlike the typical cheap stuff. Good feel in the hand with a grippy skin so don’t feel like dropping it with oily hands in the field, amazing service i would definitely recommend if you can afford the price range for sure

Electrolube Switch Lube from Oritech – ELECTROLUBE Switch Lube...... This product worked perfectly too repair a no longer available Ford electric window switch . Oritech had the best price anywhere . The postage time seemed a bit slow but I suspect that it was delayed due too not being in stock , considering the great price I can live with the delay !

Hakko FX888D Soldering Station – I purchased this soldering station to replace a gas kit that I was using for ages, but found the cost of tip replacement to be far too expensive. The Hakko has great temperature control for pcbs and fine work, and the original tip is doing just fine. I waited a while to post a review to make a fair assessment and I am pleased to report that I could not be happier with this station. Definitely highly recommended.
