For my diy – The Ozito 18V plays a big role for my home projects. The tools are lightweight yet powerful, making them ideal for drilling into wood and assembling furniture. It has long battery life with a fast charger. I love the compact design, it’s easy to handle and fits into tight spaces. A fantastic, budget-friendly kit for any DIY enthusiast!
Great for the Price – Bought this set that also comes with a sander, circular saw, grinder rechargeable batteries; on sale at Bunnings for 200 something dollars. I’ve used them all so far and they’ve been great. Easy to use. Work well. Spare batteries. No complaints. Show details
Brilliant value for money and reliable – I bought these after my last cordless drill gave up. These two are brilliant for the price I refurbished my kitchen using the driver and it was really efficient on the battery The impact driver is amazing at undoing old bolts around the shed...wheel nuts etc... I'm impressed. Just what I needed – I bought this kit a few months ago because the battery died on one of my two existing battery drills (Bosch from 1999) and I was about to start a home project where I needed two drills, one for drilling countersunk pilot holes and one for driving the screws. Drilling the pilot hole then swapping from the drill bit to the screwdriver bit to drive… Read more
the screw and then swapping back to the drill bit gets frustrating fairly quickly.
A drill's a drill, and this Ozito one has been strong enough for my needs. I have a corded drill with a hammer setting that's great for drilling into concrete, but this was my first time with an impact driver. It's been very good, after I learned how to use it.
I had an early 1970s B&D professional two speed corded drill that was still going strong after 45 years of sometimes heavy use. I don't expect these Ozito drills to last that long. They might, and I'd be very happy if somewhat amazed to see it. I'm 73 now, so I'd be 118 years old.
Very happy with Ozito – I needed to repair my hardwood fence and decided to buy a 18V drill to make the job easier. I have an old 240V Black & Decker. Was considering a Bosch or Makita after talking to tradies and staff, but saw this kit while at Bunnings. As this job is the only thing planned, I was wondering whether to spend more on a power tool which would not get… Read more
much use. Saw this kit for $99.98 and also looked at a Ryobi kit for $279.00. Drill size maximum is 10mm for the Ozito but this was fine. I bought the Ozito kit and have been very impressed. It came with a 2.5ah battery & quick charger plus a compact drill and impact driver. My thought was for the price, I was getting two drills in the kit so if one broke, I still had a back up. The cost of the extra batteries compared to other makes was very reasonable. I was very surprised as the power of the drills are more than adequate for the job and the 2.5ah battery life is brilliant. There is a 5 year replacement warranty on the drills, 3 on the battery. Being a novice, the only issue I have found is buying quality impact drill bits, Ryobi are useless as they keep breaking, Irwin are excellent and do not cost much more. The only other Ozito item I have is 240V hedge trimmer which I have had for about 10 years and is still going strong. I am now looking to buy an Ozito leaf blower.
Good for home DIY – The setup and product manual is easy to understand. The battery charge is enough for common household tasks especially when assembling furnitures. It’s truly a good value for money based on given its price, abilities and product warranty of 5 years compared with the others. This is only suitable for simple “Do it yourself” tasks in the house.
Just Perfect – Bought this a year ago and haven’t had a single issue with it. Both drills still have amazing power and both batterys have good life with a 30 minute time charge with the charger in the box. Bag handle broke within a year but had about 10 kgs which was a silly move. Good value for money and will consider Ozito again. Also has a 5 year waranty. Show details
As good as Dewalt – Have been using this little beauty for months now on very demanding jobs, including 4 large decks. It is light weight and just as capable as a Dewalt without the price tag. Gets a little hot under pressure but doesn't give up. Very happy with the product and the price is unbelievably cheap. Highly recommend it. Show details
