Mess free chemical free time saver – Not sure why people under rate this. It's a game changer for me. Mess free. Chemical free. Time saver. I've used it for 4 months. Awesome unit. Value for money.

Warms my hands slightly, doesnt light charcoal – Entirely useless, didnt even get any part of the charcoal glowing after 3 minutes of directing it right on a tasty lump. Going back to Bunnings tomorrow for a refund.

amazing, so convenient and fast – amazing, so convenient and fast, not sure what the other person was talking about, works perfectly, charcoals going hard in 15-20 seconds. Would like the switch to stay on like my old one but best bang for buck for sure. Bought a few extra for mates to use and they love it, game changer.

Absolutely terrible accessory. Regretful purchase – I only bought this because they had run out of manual coal chimney starters at Bunnings and I needed something that day. Absolute waste of $39. Takes forever to warm up coals, given that for safety you cannot lock the trigger down, you have to stand there the whole time with your finger on the go button. Save your money and get a $10 charcoal chimney and some firelighters.
