When I try to lock the mitre saw mounts using the mitre saw handles, the mount rides up and is no longer flat and level with the floor and the workpiece rollers. Even with a friend trying to hula everything flat, I still end up with the same result. Any ideas?

Hi Tony if you look at the locking mechanism you'll see a nut a threaded bolt I have adjusted all three of my locking brackets to suit the 3 different attachments I have a work table my AEG miter saw plus a 6 inch vise original setup was to hard to pull down a one was to soft resulting the table sliding off the rear now I have two ozito stands and love them so just play around with the adjustments.cheets

I just bought an ozito mitre saw and the mitre saw stand. The saw mounts are shorter than the saw base so I am not able to get the bolts through to fasten the saw. I went back to Bunnings to see how they placed the saw on the stand, and they had the same problem. They had forced the bolts through somehow but the installation was clearly not correct. Are there some extensions available for the saw mounts so the saw can rest properly on the mounts? if there are, where can I purchase them?
