Hi - I'm thinking of buying this spray gun - is it any good for internal walls and ceiling

Honestly with a flat wall no. In my opinion you would achieve faster and better results with a brush and roller. The paint needs to be thinned out and coverage is poor compared to brush and roller. Also the overspray and airborne paint is difficult to contain.
