OZtrail RV Shade Awning 2.5m TOR-RV25-E

Poor quality product, misleading product claim – Bought a OZtrail RV Shade Awning 2.5M from Snowys October last year and found a small hole during the test at home. Broken during the second time use on the beach with great weather. Contacted with Snowys customer services and was told it was broken just because I did not use properly. The product could not be fixed because the parts was out of stock. After months of waiting, there is still no stock.
