Tried emailing several times about my order but still haven’t had a response. I ordered 2 double bed cooling blankets at the special price of 1 blanket. Order number 13006 and they emailed saying my blanket is on the way. It’s only showing 1 blanket to the order instead of 2 as it should be. I just want to make sure I’m getting both otherwise I will cancel and get a refund.

I bought LED face mask from Painfree Aussies. This company is definitely not in Australia, took over two weeks to arrive. Product came with instructions in a very bad English translation and did not make sense. I used it for 2 and half months and it stopped working. Total riff off! Not even sure it worked.

Ordered the cooling blankets. Although blankets did arrive, two of them are the wrong colour. They are saying they supplied what i ordered, so no refund available. Product isn't in Australia. Up to 3 weeks but if they send wrong product or if there is a problem with your order, you will not get a refund. They sent wrong size shoes 18 emails they just said they don't refund change of mind purchases. They refuse to be responsible for their mistake.

No , i wait for 2 weeks after ordering my product and then i contact pain free aussie on emails 3 times and 2 times i called him but he didn’t respond me. Hopefully, after 19 days i get my product just today in early morning since i was not informed by them even i try to track my product but his track system is not updated . Delivery is too slow even track system is inappropriate.

Goodluck with that! I spent $180 and was offered $42 cash back and keep the product and $83 store credit it keep the product. So much for the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Chinese drop shippers. Try looking up their HQ address or the numerous warehouses they say they have in Australia, impossible to find. Or the CEO. I am having a shocking time with them. They are intimidating me to remove a bad review or they will not give me my money back. 56 emails over 12 weeks, they have had the shoes back for 19 days and refuse to give me my money back until I remove a bad review. They are not following Australian Consumer law. There is an AUS ABN.
Just received my ortho shoes. I was surprised to see the sole of the shoe looks like a shiny moulded silicon instead of the normal rubber. The upper part is great and the shoe fits well, what concerns me is the grip on the sole. Can someone reassure me or should I return them?

Told me my product was Australian made then it came from China was defective and dangerous but expected me to return it priority post to China After months of arguing with them I did a bank charge back. Tony, I am 70 and I bought the hand massager because of my arthritic fingers and wrist, I have also had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. I have honestly found it very helpful. I use it every evening while watching TV, I just alternate hands. It’s about a 10 minute massage and stops automatically .. then I change hands and keep it going until it needs re-charging, which doesn’t take too long. At first it took a little while to get my hand positioned properly to get the most benefit and I knew immediately when it was in the correct position. I feel that I can highly recommend it and I am happy that I bought it. I have had a lot of relief since using it . Good luck and I hope you also get a lot of relief.

This hand massager was awful and dangerous Both my hand therapist and hand surgeon were horrified when they saw it. It also damaged my hand causing problems that took a long time and money to fix.
