What a an awful horrible experience. As you would expect from a dept collection company. Nasty disgraceful inhumane and false. truly reprehensible. Unwilling to negotiate even though they send emails stating they will. All for a $316.00 Optus account which I have a transcript from an Optus "Expert" stating that what I just paid was the final payment - Then I get a bill foe $316.00 ?
