Con artists – This company is now trading at Norwest as Auseagle Financial Solutions These people are unqualified to provide financial advise of any sort. They use very high pressure sales tactics and if you sign up you will find yourself owning an investment property where you owe more than it's worth - from the first day you own it. The interest rates are higher - this is because they load the rate so they make more money off your loan.

The commission on the property will not be shown to you when you sign. The fee for $8,000 probably wont be either.

Avoid at all cost - or call your solicitor during the cooling off period and terminate the contract! There are NO pros to dealing with this company. Undisclosed commissions, high pressure sales tactics, over valued properties, unethical practises

[name removed] is a con man beware – I worked for paramount finance and investment services for 10 months, they offer you a free consultation regarding mortgage reduction tax minimization and superannuation...... This is rubbish if they don't think you can afford an investment property they will not see you and if they do see you they will pressure you to pay $396 at the end of the consultation They have no intrest in helping the public in any of these areas....it's all about [name removed] taking your money for his own personal gain, and he does not pay superannuation for his employees.......all I can say is BEWARE of this company
