Paramount Plus

Worst platform ever. I subscribed only due to the UFC being available on this platform, but ever since I have not been able to watch an entire event without it glitching and showing errors. It also shows previews of the fights.

Bought only for A-League and Socceroos. Piss poor quality streaming. Upscaled low resolution coverage and promoted as 4k. Bad dashboard interface. A Leagues / FFA - please get another provider next rights period. Additional Paramount catalogue is never updated and is full of cringe TV.

Reset password link takes you to paramount sign in which you can not do as you are trying to reset password due to current password not working. Sign is an issue frequently. Can not rate anything else as I can not sign in!

I love this one, we pay for the annual subscription then cancel future direct debits and we have it for 12 months in our timing. There's always something we can watch

I started with the free trial and then moved to yearly, I pay per month $10 I think. I watch from my tv with a HDMI cable I have FETCH TV box, although can stream through TV have a LG. all of them, NCIS, Elsbeth, rewatch CSI. There are so many to choices series to choose from. Movies there are a lot there sometimes wish they had a few more new ones to watch that I like, but overall I am happy with the service.

Great streaming – Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, my experience has been great. Yellowstone), all paramount studios movies like Top Gun: Maverick, mission impossible, Titanic, Transformers etc. I always keep logged on to my TV without issues. I have foxtel, netflix and Disney+ and I find I watch paramount+ the most.

You cannot skip.or fast forward without this freezing. You have to then exit and reset the tv to try to stop the freeze and get paramount to load again. Absolutely terrible streaming service....have a decent list of shows you just can't watch them without it freezing or glitching....

I got charged $12.99 on 5th December 2025 through Amazon. I cancelled it as soon as I saw the charged. Apparently I was given a 7-day free trial and if I don't cancel, i will charged monthly. in giving me my money back. I never signed up with them, never downloaded the app neither on my smartTv nor mobile device, and never watch any shows/movies. I thought I was robbed of my $12.99 for nothing so I reported them to ACCC.

TLDR; Absoloutely terrible. Customer support cancelled my membership because they couldn't fix it. just trying to scroll through the menu and title options is outrageous; I'm talking about worse than 90s dial up speeds!

I contacted customer support again for an update on the fix, and asked if they'd extend my membership by the number of days I've been unable to use the product I paid for. I then recieved a response that they cancelled my membership!?? What the heck kind of service is that!

Dreadful! How are we supposed to to enjoy watching ianything when it stutters, constantly buffers and you're only getting 5 words out of every 12! Maybe if we all boycott it they will do something to improve it. Glad I have a free trial because I wouldn't bother paying for this rubbish. If I could give less stars than 1, I would.

The most horrible streaming service in Australia. Every livestream quality is so blurry and loads every 20 seconds. It’s so disappointing that you have to pay for such a bad service. Definitely don’t recommend!!

Poor effort compared to other streaming services. Paying premium to see latest season of Bondi rescue available from 3 years ago. They also cheekily add an advert in before your selection stats, utter rot to pay premium and still see ads. Scammers "Free trial" Not actually a free trial, Charged my card immediately. I checked the cart and it claimed it was a 7 day free trial, after getting my card details a full charge was made. Now I have to sit here talking to my bank to have the charges reversed as this was not an authorized transaction.

Frustratingly the longer the problem went on, the changes in Help line staff meant that I was repeatedly being asked the same questions. International Help staff dont review the message thread. Interestingly at one stage they removed the message threads from their emails and instead provided an internal reference code for the thread.

One of the staff and I had the same idea at the same time...I used my iphone to login with a newly downloaded app using phone data completely unrelated to my home internet. BINGO...nothing changed, its 100% a Paramount issue. I quickly received my $6.25 compensation but the cancellation and refund request wasn't auctioned.

I subscribe to this to watch one program and it turns out it's not available in the UK they have constantly tried taking money out of my bank when I have paid for my prescription I would not recommend this it is just a load of crap and a con

I gave 3 months notice that I would not renew my subscription. Paramount took the money from my credit card and I contacted them to advise they were doing this without authority and they said they would reimburse me. I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later.

Why in this day and age can paramount plus get away with such blatant sexism and inequality! We got paramount plus to watch a league women’s games, the picture quality and camera work is so bad you can’t hardly make the players out… yet on the same ground 30 min later when the men play the picture quality and all round camera work is suddenly magically exceptional. Shame on you paramount plus! Pathetic!

Paramount seems to cancel too mnay shows. Not a great choice as it is and too many ads. There is hardly anything on there which doesn't put me asleep. Every other streaming service leaves Paramount for dead. They should have kept Tony & Ziva maybe I wouldn't have to renew my subscription once a year to watch maybe 1 show I may be bothered with.

Clearly easily infiltrated by others. Even whern you turn off app on other TV, and the TV, you can't use on anything else. Is this being hacked by someone else because I am definitely not using it on more than one TV.

I’m so disappointed I wasted my money buying the year subscription. The platform is unwatchable! I have tried 2 different apps and programs will still freeze. Ads are way too loud compared to programs. Ads will freeze and then restart all over again so you go through about 5 mins of incredibly loud ad loops before you give up and stop watching. Daylight saving time * An option, if you log in at the time in the guide only to find that the match has been playing for 'n' minutes, so you decide to opt for the 'Play from beginning" option, rather than just the live feed from wherever the match has already reached - find that sooner or later but not unusually at half time, for the stream to be replace by advertisements or a switch to an entirely different match with no option to get back to the one you were following. - After a month of this, I am disgusted. I only took out a Paramount plan so that I could watch the A'League Women's Soccer and the Matildas. On 3 succesive weekends now I have found several differing start times and none of them consistent with what Paramount itself has advertised, and on each occasion, have been cut off during the 'Replay from beginning' (which anyway rarely starts at the beginning) and been unable to watch the second half or much of it.

I am totally disgruntled. Women's sport and particularly women's soccer in Australia, inevitably takes second place to that of men and that of the Thugby codes. Channel 10 offers only some matches and are almost impossible to find - in fact, impossible to access on my Roku smart tv and the women's matches are inevitably cut off if the overlap men's matches.

I have contacted the company, i..e Paramount on at least two occasions and been met by either hostility or disdain.

This is not only appallingly bad for a paid service that still includes inane ads but can't even sort its times out nor it seems prevent cutting out in the middle of women's matches to men's programs. So, it is an appalling service for the poor, the disadvantaged, the aged who have difficulty with modern technology and even those who understand different time zones, etc. but are left in the lurch.

This is yet another example of how women are treated as second class citizens, despite the contrary being the reality and they supposedly having achieved anything remotely approaching equity.
