after I had cancelled my subscription. I contacted them and told them to cancel my account immediately and I will never go near them again.. I haven't gone down the way of trying to claim my money back from them but I will not have anything to do with them again .. I am informing you to watch out for this dishonest path that paramount app subscription are doing.. CHECK YOUR BANK TRANSACTIONS FROM PARAMOUNT IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION !!!!!

I cancelled paramount because I could not get past the child lock. They cancelled it but did not give me any of my refund. They have ripped me off and now I am going to see what I can do. Most likely I will put it out there as much as I can to tell people what a rip off paramount is.

Why is Star Trek strange new worlds not released at 7:30 pm when all advertising states it will be released at 5:00pm? Why should I pay for service that does not meet its advertised obligations?

paramount brings you to the previous episode, and if you try to skip forward to the next episode, paramount brings adds, once the adds are over it brings you right back to the previous episode. The only option left behind is scroll thought all 45 seasons one by one till I get into the season 46. Imagine doing this every single time, so annoying!!!

One of the worst platforms i have used. I cancelled my account with them so what did they do, well they still took money from my account and now I can't cancel my account at all nothing more than a bunch of thieves

Reset password link takes you to paramount sign in which you can not do as you are trying to reset password due to current password not working. Sign is an issue frequently. Can not rate anything else as I can not sign in!

This is the 2nd time I have signed up for Paramount plus, as I thought they may have fixed their extensive list of problems people have with their site, but no, still terrible. Can't get on some nights, keeps freezing and many more problems. I'm out. Won't be fooled again!

Wow this is the worst streaming service I have ever been on, if I could give it less than 1 star I would. Thankfully I'm on a 7 day trial because I will be cancelling it soon. It has done nothing but lag, buffer and totally crash my smart tv so much so that I have to turn it off at the wall to get my TV to work again. DON'T bother getting this service if you value your sanity.

a week of subscribing. There's absolutely no way to complain directly tobthe company for a refund that I can find and wants you to use ai b######t with no real help. Save your money. No other app I've used has been anything like this site. It should just close down because no one can use it or watch anything on it ever.

Since signing up to Paramount with ads, it seems the ads have increased twice-fold. The ads are every five mins at least during streaming. But it wasn’t like this when I trialled the service. Library is average, nothing great. Pity I paid for a year!

We already had an account and then paid for a 12 month special at half price. Be very careful with paramount they advertise specials and draw customers in and overcharge and have no customer service. Extremely disappointing. Unlike Netflix who recognise your log in and don’t allow duplicate payments.

Paid for no ads and got ads, there's not even 3 good options of movies or series to watch. Don't even get UFC main events in Australia. It's a temu/wish version of Netflix with buffering issues, ads and no entertainment

Don’t even bother trying to watch old shows like Star Trek. The quality was far superior when it was on Netflix. I watched it through prime so I thought if I tried through the paramount app it would be better but it’s not. The standard subscription is like watching it on the dvds before blu ray came out with the added lag of a stream. I hate capitalism.

OMG what a crappy platform yet happy to take your $$$, when viewing if you pause you then have to exit out because their Advertisements are imprinted over what you are trying to watch, has trouble remembering where you left off in a series. long to find out the ending, take M.I.A for instance no idea how it ends and no idea when it will! next year, year after its a mystery.. I now have this 6000 error trying to contact them is impossible as their bot is unreachable, you have to know keyboard magic to get in..

Got it for Ufc, add free for 12mths. Absolutely useless, can't see main card, instead of adds l get a blank screen saying adds are showing. Cuts off before fight finishes or before after fight interview is finished. Can't believe UFC will put up with this, they won't have any viewers left. Wish l hadn't taken 12 mth subscription. Absolute garbage after ESPN set the bench mark.

Dog trash only on it for UFC and watching replays is like watching Minecraft people fighting. Unwatchable useless. Sold out a sport for these clowns to ruin the experience.

Whilst the platform has many great shows it continually buffers and times out. Also on the day I joined for a monthly subcription it not only charged me for the month but also charged me for an annual subscription. This was a week ago & the charge is still sitting in my account.

I won't be using again. Its a shame as I've had it to watch Star Trek, but they are cutting scenes which gives the show a completely different vibe. The subtitles were often incorrect too. Not worth it.

i'm about to just cancel my subscription because the nonstop errors are infuriating and not worth it. Yes i've tried incognito tabs, yes i've disabled ad blockers and other extensions, yes i've tried other browsers, yes i've tried the app, yes yes yes, i've tried it all. i go through all this CR#P and it STILL keeps happening over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. They have a diverse range of shows and movies to watch but if I hadn't subcribed for a year I would of unsubscribed due to the constant glitching and freezing. It drives me nuts.

Absolute joke we pay for a subscription but it constantly buffering. Try watch the UFC its annoying every fight buffers multiple times per fight. Australia the only Country to pay for the fights
