Excellent – High quality products matched with a strong commitment to the life of the product and ethical practices. The service at all stores is very good. No wonder our whole family wears Patagonia.

Poor customer service – We received vouchers as a gift and when we went to use them someone had used our code and the vouchers were no longer valid. I called them to let them know somehow our voucher numbers had been used / stolen and they did not care. Said sorry there is nothing we can do they were used for a legitimate purchase. Refused to think that their system or emails had been hacked and took no responsibility. So our family paid them $250 and we got no product. The customer service at this store is disgusting. I would never shop here
Customer Service is elite. Erin is a guru – My products were stolen from my letterbox and support person Erin Berry was really good and fixed everything immediately and organised a replacement. It could have been very stressful and difficult to resolve but it was very straightforward.
Customer service is excellent – Online customer service are fantastic, I accidentally had the wrong address on my orders at one time…I’ve done many orders with them for girls clothes and bag and a rain jacket for myself. I really love the clothes. I think we will stick to Patagonia for life. I prefer buying it as our number one option because it pays people well, it’s sustainable, recycled. Everything you want when you’re buying clothing.
The prices are okay, I’m on a low income and I don’t find it bad, obviously people who buy from Patagonia are choosing to because of the many benefits the company endows. Clothing lasts a few years for kids if it’s bought a couple sizes larger like I’ve always done for my child, it can let many more years for adults, and you don’t need a lot of clothing realistically.

Too expensive but at least quality is decent so far – At least this brand stocks warm winter jackets and raincoats in colours that I actually like and that fit me well. Their pink down jacket that I have is very warm, and their purple Nano puff jacket is perfect for when you're doing exercise in the cold like walking round the city during winter because it does heat you up when you're moving but doesn't overheat you as much as the down does if you've overdressed. But the price tags are ridiculous. 175 dollars for a raincoat?!?! My advice would be to check the outlet store first for last season's clothing and see if that store has what you want first, because at least the prices there are quite a bit more reasonable.
