Waste of money – I paid extra to Kogan for express shipping which took longer than their estimated free shipping. The product is not the size that measurements show on their website, way too small for any adult cat even a small adult. I didn't even keep it for 2 weeks because my cats physically couldn't use it.

only gave me "store" credit (with a six month expiry) when I never want to buy anything from them ever again! All the reviews giving their cat towers good ratings are quite inexplicable! Terrible cat towers and terrible company!

Not for average or large cats – Delivery from Kogan was fairly fast considering it was the Christmas period. All listed parts were present and accounted for when the carton was unpacked. climb by placing them on the higher platform one at a time, we found only our smallest kitty could navigate the small spaces, but unfortunately, with only three legs she couldn't turn around with confidence. So if you have an average or larger sized cat I'd suggest a different tower.
