The Petrol Spy app works well. It seems to be pretty accurate to me. My biggest gripe is the quality of the advertisements that pop up. Some are complete rubbish and outright dangerous -- they use scare tactics to try to get me to click on their junk and cause unknown havoc on my phone. These sort of ads should be filtered out and not displayed.

Petrol spy prices don’t match when you arrive at the advertised station – PetrolSpy price advertised for U91 $1.64 at 1 Fullerton Rd Kent Town got there from Semaphore only to find changed to $1.95 totally dishonest on the way back to Semaphore came to a Caltex and price for U 91 $1.64 Gods were with us thank you Caltex and dishonesty does not pay OTR

No regulation and full of dodgy submissions – Just an ad generating app with no regulations. Anyone can submit any price, even for types of fuel that is not even available in the specific service station. Some people just submit wrong prices to gain 'points'. Not worth the hustle of driving to a station just to find out the price is wrong or even worse, they don't have that type of fuel all together. Waste of time

Not Accurate – Don't bother using Petrol Spy to find cheaper petrol. I just left the Ampol South Rd Reynella SA that charged 2.339c/L when Petrol Spy had it for 210.9!! Trying to report this error I couldnt find the correct address of the service station on the Petrol Spy website. Simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH
