Rubbish – Purchased this rubbish, put it on my dog and it made not one bit of difference he just kept barking I took it off and rechecked I had done everything correctly but nope he just kept barking, took it back for a refund and purchased eDog collar and instantly what a difference he knows as soon as that collar goes on it’s all over, do yourself a favour and don’t buy this product expensive piece of rubbish

I would advise against buying this collar if your dog is very active and a runner – The collar does not stay in place as my kelpie runs around the park. I think it is more useful for a dog stuck in a house or a back yard barking at everyone and everything walking past. If you have an active dog, look for something different.

It simply doesn't work – Persevered changed batteries and collar position several times. The Petsafe collar does not work. Bought it from Petbarn for just over $100 at Christmas time. waste of money unfortunatley. I don't recommend this product.

Stopped working within a day – Bought the collar - followed instructions to the letter, including performing a 'test' which indicated the collar was working. Seemed to work the first day, then from the second day onwards it stopped working. Despite charging it for hours it seems that the battery isn't working. My dog, who has short hair so no issues with the collar not penetrating long coat, is barking no problem :( Wasted my money buying this.

not good for long haired dogs ie boarder collie around $100 and batteries $20 – These collars are not recommended by the R S P C A I bought 3 collars and found them difficult to put on as the dogs moved their heads Although they were tested to be working beforehand and put on as tightly as was comfortable for the dog they gradually came loose.
