Aldi's off loading more unfit for purpose products – Well it was on sale, at Aldi for $129. I was a little cashed up and had been wanting a projector for a long time, so I ummed and ahhed, and decided "What the hell - low price, minimal investment, Yeah OK I will buy it". time to focus and read the instructions..

The manual is full of little hieroglyphs instead of plain text, but there is a proper manual online.

This is insane.

And what is worse, there is a full colour image representing the image, that the projector will produce on the screen.

It is a 4K full colour image, that is very strong, intense and vivid - like as if it was a very good quality monitor.

What the projector produced was very faint, whispy and low colour.....

I replicated what I saw in the second image, because it's too much hard work to try and get a photograph of such a dim and faint image.

The management of Phillips is committing fraud.

This projector does not do, what the management says it does.

The focus is very poor, in that in aligning the projector to the screen and setting up the keystone adjustment for perpendicular - the text of the internal programs is fuzzy from one setting to the next and from the top of the projection to the bottom.

I would not have it if it was given to me. It's basically junk.

So I returned it to Aldi for a refund, because Aldi are great at onselling products that are good to get refunds on.
