I got mine to work on my iPad but too many photos so had to charge iPad. But I don't want it to re-arrange my photos. How can I get it to JUST back up my chronological folders - anyone know please?

Does this search out photo and video files. Or do I need to search them, what about duplicate files across different computers.

I'm not sure about video, but mine did find some otherwise lost photos, precisely once and it's then up to you to sort through them. Bare in mind, after waiting several months I had to appeal to their customer support to resend another one. Once that finally arrived, it worked exactly once and hasn't ever worked again. My advice would be to steer well clear and save your money and time as there are alternatives that actually work as expected.

It’s probably frozen. We’ve all had issues with this product freezing- it’s useless. I just gave up after spending hours trying to get it to run properly. Sadly we’ve all been ripped off

Expensive Nightmare!!

Agreed. The red flag for me was finding out that the price quoted for the 64GB stick, ($49.95) on a site claiming to be Australian (yes, with the .au at the end of the URL and everything! ) was actually USD, so therefore a higher price for us Aussies. That, plus the foreign currency exchange fee charged by the bank put it out of my price range and I backed out of the sale quick smart. Finally, after reading these sad reviews, I certainly won't be buying it. :(
