This a scam as is the ORANGE SUNSHINE LLC . The same scam method used . Without authorisation and or subscription they charge $0.10 one day an$ $69 the next day. previously made some refunds a while back. PayPal is just as guilty and I think ASIC should be fining them heavily and forcing them to refund the money under their own rules and policies. Take note people.
Stay away from this scam site, advertising free trial but then charging you for trial.
It started with 0.10 via PayPal for a photo. Then, without any information, the next day it was 49.90 euros. In my view, this is misleading, to say the least. Black and white, this is fraud to me. I have filed a report with PayPal for an unauthorised payment. I am waiting to hear back.
Total scam ,don't use it ,ask for €0.10 then take 49.99 please please do not use them absolutely a scam
CONSUMERS BEWARE! Picmuse offers AI enhancement of an image for $0.10. Within 24hrs of purchasing the service you will be charged $69 subscription fee, monthly ongoing. At no point is this mentioned during the initial purchase but it does form part of their Ts & Cs behind the curtains of the website. Picmuse has SCAM written all over it!
Follow-up · I paid using PayPal. Couldn’t achieve a refund via payment method. Website wanted my credit card details via email prior to processing my request, which I refused to do. The website was basic and clunky, hence my willingness to pay initial 10c for a trial.

similar entities) was used within 24 hours to deduct AUD $69.00 for an ongoing monthly subscription that I was not made aware of and did not authorise. A clever and misleading scam.
Update: PayPal was used to process the transaction; however, and surprisingly, PayPal has determined the seller was not at fault. I am escalating the matter through the appropriate complaints channel.
Update: Sadly, PayPal have closed the case because the transaction was processed correctly, ergo they agree with the scamming techniques used by Picmuse. I am taking it further out of principle.
Follow-up · After communicating with PayPal they have eventually refunded the $69 AUD in the form of a voucher! I assume Picmuse were paid.
