Pinnacle 183cm Tool Trolley PSSTT72

The trolley is good from quality perspective with plenty of storage space. Though a bit pricy i still went ahead bought it. It's really heavy so you need to get it delivered, thats additional $. The worst bit is that the display one on the floor was an older product and was fine and something that I liked. The one that was delivered was new one feom a differnt supplier and had loud rattling noises everytime I open or close a door. Bunnings did help in investigating the issue but pointed me to the supplier for a solution. I had a long 3 month discussion with the supplier (to be fair with them there was chinese new year in the middle) they were across the issue and were ready to help but there was no solution in place yet. They went back to the supplier who fabricated and sent the caps that cover the locking mechanism woukd fampen the rattling. Unfortunately after 3 months of back and forth the solution still does not reduce the noise. Given that this is an expensive trolley one would expect a faster and a better product. I am disappointed and going to request full refund. Bunnings would not let me post this review on thier page.
