apparent when none of the part numbers matched up with the part numbers provided in the instructions. There was a video which was more helpful, but ultimately it seemed I was missing some crucial parts. I entered into dialogue with Absco customer service, which would become one of the longer relationships of my life. The first 5 responses from them consisted of them sending me out the same instruction manual and asking if this was the one I needed. It took 6 emails from them over three weeks before they were able to discover that the manual had been updated and the parts numbers changed, and provide me with the right one. By this point, I had mostly figured it out with much swearing and shouting, and my elderly mother constantly shrieking "but Absco are a good brand" at me. Not anymore, Mum. There were still parts missing, which they happily sent to me after some negotiation, and many of the parts did not have screw holes or guidelines that the manual and video indicated, which often led to a further loss of confidence that I had the right piece. When I pointed this out to customer service, they cheerily suggested I drill holes in the metal where needed. Of course I can do that, but what the hell is going on in that factory? The worst part of all of this was having to explain market dynamics, offshoring of industry, and the gutting of Australian businesses for the sake of profit to my poor old mother. She won't be buying Absco again and neither will I. P.S. I actually forgot to write this review and only did so because Absco sent me an email 6 months after the fact inviting me too! Thanks Absco! P.p.s The shed sucks, is flimsy, and doesn't secure properly because the lock mechanism cannot be affixed as indicated in the manual. Waste of time and money.

old grandchild regularly having naps at my house and not that happy being put in a cot I decided to buy a 1.5 seater sofa bed for the spare room which I can sit on to read books and fold out for naps. experience was excellent - scheduling delivery was easy and straightforward, and putting it together alone was surprisingly simple. The build quality is clearly very good, and the Cliff Dive fabric looks and feels premium. Most importantly, it's genuinely comfortable for everyday use.

We receive regular compliments from guests on how great it looks in the room. The modular design is a standout practical feature - knowing we can disassemble it to clean between the sections is reassuring, particularly with kids in the house. Speaking of which, our children have taken it upon themselves to strictly enforce the household no-food-on-the-couch rule — apparently more seriously than we do.

2025. I had a wonderful experience in dealing with them in every aspect of the transaction and left a 5 star review for their efforts. Since then, my needs changed slightly due to my declining health condition, which is incurable. I contacted George Megaloudis, who runs their Victoria East operations and explained my situation. I told him that I now needed a few minor adjustments and changes to customize my bed, to suit my new specific needs. I was really impressed with George's attitude and willingness to help me. He organized a team to come to my home and make the changes, to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the results. In this day and age it is a rare thing to find a company who is willing to go above and beyond normal customer service standards and be willing to put themselves out, to benefit their customers. I am one very satisfied customer and I honestly recommend Sleep Electric to anyone looking for quality products that come with real and genuine customer support.

We purchased this bed for our 4 year old, as our 2 year old moved into the old Joey bed of his brother. We love koala for our beds, quality, value for money and the ease of putting it together. We’ll be buying again soon for our spare bedroom!

However now it has become slightly uncomfortable getting in and out as the side gives away quite a bit and it bulges out, I am finding I am sliding out of the bed instead of being able to just stand straight up with support from my legs!

long drive because it wasn't displayed at any store within 15km.of my home. Anyhow we managed our first trial and were pleased and proceeded to order our configuration. BUT no 5 stars because the order is incomplete we are still missing the additional bonus thrown in by the Sales staff to clinch the deal a small Myco Table and the 2-sesrer is NOT 2550mm but 2000mm only which was $300 cheaper. I sent 2 x emails to the Store and to the Sales person but have NOT HEARD BACK. Waiting for their response.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not worth the money. Causes discomfort and pain from sitting even a short duration (<1hr). Warranty is useless, as support day nothing wrong from the video i provided but i can but a new seat base for 250.. no chance.

Poor product which looks cool, doesn't function as a gaming or office chair backed up with a worthless warranty and canned response support team.
