Pit Boss 3 Series Vertical Wood Pellet Smoker

Purchased this 4 weeks ago. Easy to assemble with good instructions. Watched a couple of youtube videos on how to use and started it up easily. First cook went well. Have since used it 4 more times with the same annoying error code “ERH”. Error high temp. The unit constantly goes into thermal runaway and auto shuts down. Did some more googling and this is a common problem globally. The door also has a very poor seal and leaks smoke and heat from all four corners. Again a YouTube video shows that you should replace the door seals with an aftermarket kit. Quality control is clearly a problem with this pit boss product. I returned and got a full refund. Now looking at a Traeger.
