A wish list of roses gone wrong – Unfortunately my experiences haven’t been good here. Several roses i bought have been mislabelled and the owner wasn’t at all sympathic.

Courtesy service and quality – Max from Plantarium listened to my request to organise a plant and gift voucher to be delivered to my niece’s new home in Mildura. A beautiful plant was delivered and Max even rang me to check in. Great service!

Beautiful giftware but customer service leaves bad taste in your mouth – Great range of plants and gorgeous giftware. Unfortunately after giving them multiple chances I won't be going back. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Rude, obnoxious and down right horrible treatment each and every time I have been. Not just me, everyone I talk to has had some kind of bad service related experience. Makes it very hard to shop locally. Such a shame as its a beautiful store.
